It has pretty robust features for an EHR software, which I really appreciate. I love the features of being able to write notes to your clients after sessions and my clients seem to like it, as well.

Sometimes it is confusing when trouble shooting client balances. Not getting alerts when someone requests apt through the client portal.

It is very difficult to make appointments. There is no way to edit an appointment after it has been made either... it has to be canceled.

Not everyone has Google Chrome browser, so for some clients it is inconvenient to have to switch to Chrome on their device to access the video session on the portal.
