I'm not completely sure the exact price, but I do know that it is a bit expensive for an EHR system.

Intergy is super user-friendly, easy to navigate and has great options for customization.

For example when doing a patient refund check. If for some reason that check has to be voided or was lost, there is no way to delete/ void the refund and issue another one or put the money back on the account.  

Implementation was one of the worst experiences.

Fee schedule maintenance would be nice to have option to pull the allowable based upon POS.

The user doesn't have to go to separate areas of the software to piece together a story.

This system requires lots of clicking of boxes.

The canned reporting is severely limited.  

You don't need any other software with this to run your practice smoothly.

Make sure you have all your "i's dotted and your t's crossed".

Intergy PM has a good layout and the tabs are grouped for efficient work flow.

All is easy to navigate and there are no lags of any sort.

Overall, the daily operations in the clinical and financial sides are amazing and rival Epic, Cerner, etc. in their efficiency.

It was difficult at first, as I am sure with any new software, setting up the template for our providers.

After getting the software setup to run our pediatrics practice, it has worked very well.

I'm over several different areas from precert to refunds, and the departmens in between.

This product can definitely help you become paperless if that is the goal.
