I love the fact that you can give text reminders in the person can confirm and cancel an appointment
Cons
It would be great if the software had a client portal that they could log into and fill out admission paperwork before the first appointment.

It helps to consolidate the schedule so everyone can see the schedule from wherever they are.

We have had multiple tech issues, you cannot change the name on an appointment or the original customer will get notifications instead of the new one.

The employees of the company who are interested in mental health services access my calendar through YellowSchedule and schedule themselves where they see openings.
Pros
It is generally pretty easy for me to access my schedule and see what appointments I have.
Cons
I do not like that when a person schedules an appointment, cancels that appointment and then another person schedules in place of the first person, I cannot see who the second person is unless I take the extra step of clicking on the Group Details Page.

We've responded to user feedback that setting up recurring appointments was more complex than it should be and we've completely updated this feature. This now supports a much wider variety of repeating appointments.

Pros
It's easy to change and reschedule appointments simply by dragging and dropping or extending the boxes. Reminders are sent out to clients and you are notified vis email immediately when there is a message or cancellation.
Cons
It does not keep track of statistics for client attendance.

Pro: Provides email and text notifications with easy response instructions Syncs with my Google Calendar Con: It doesn't update my calendar when a client cancels.
Staff can see their appointments, and receive notification when appointments are booked, but also Management can also see all this information at a glance, and easily investigate communications between staff and clients - very effective for any complaint or query!

I just have to tap the date and time I want and click on my clients name and their appointment is scheduled.
And, I love that it sends out a reminder email; which has eliminated last minute cancellations and reschedules.
The ability to receive incoming SMS messages is an advantage of Yellow Schedule as we have found that some of our customers prefer to communicate via SMS if they are unable to answer their phones to schedule the appointment.
It allows me to keep in contact with my clients and the reminders have cut my cancellations down no allow me to fill the slots when someone can't make their appointment.

We have used Yellow Schedule for 2 years now and it has cut down dramatically on the administrative burden experienced in matching up student availability with staff availability. The reminders/notifications are especially useful in maximizing attendance.
