Great Chiropractic Software

It's been really good. I've recommended it to several friends already and I am glad I switched from Chirotouch.

Pros

The cloud based software and customization are my favorites. The included text message appointment reminders are an amazing feature that is no additional cost like some EHR software.

Cons

The only issue I have is the time frame at which my customization templates take to occur.

Great Price / Great Value Chiropractic Software

We were looking for an affordable and easy to use chiropractic software for our new office. The zHealth team has been amazing from day one!

Pros

I like that it was made to fit our practice. Initial consultations included giving information about which type of setup would work best for our office AND the customer service is quick and extremely friendly.

Cons

The most difficulty has come with adding the payment processing, but I don't know if that's the software or the bank that provides the processing.

Easy, practical and not expensive

Pros

zHealth EHR allows me to run my practice without having any front desk staff. Patients schedule appointments directly from my website, they receive automatic reminders, and they check themselves in using a tablet at the front desk. I love how I don't have to type my notes, I can just dictate.

Great Chiropractic Management Software at a Great Price

Overall I'm very pleased with the software and glad we switched. We've been with zHealth for less than a year and I've been impressed with the updates they have made and announced. Always trying to make things better for us.

Pros

It's a very easy to learn software system and the layout is great. Notes are easily taken and patient management is great. Overall, it was pretty easy to transfer from our old, server-based, software to zHealth. There are a lot of features we haven't even started using yet, but are there if we need them.

Cons

A couple of things I don't like about this software;1. You can't customize your own SOAP notes in-office. It has to be done by one of the team members. BUT, they just announced that their highly anticipated Self-Service SOAP Notes Builder where you can build your own notes by yourself. 2. You can't send blast emails out to patients to notify of a closure, holiday or whatever. You can however send blast text messages, but with a fee.

Very easy to navigate inside the program. Easy to input new patients and send billing invoices or payments.

Cons

Not a fan of the integrated payment software.

Great bang for the buck

They're responsive when i have a problem. They've even implemented some of my ideas on the platform. They will customize what you want, to a point.

Pros

Talk to text for a great price. Another wanted to buy software for the same feature. Others want to charge for every feature. They include a lot and keep updating without charging extra.

Cons

I would like some drop and drag exercises.

Easy to use software that gets the job done and is not expensive

Overall, it has been easy to use. Billing is fast and easy and ERA's are entered swiftly and accurately automatically. Customer service is amazing--if you do have a problem, you call and a developer answers the phone (or calls you right back). They are very responsive.

Pros

I like its ease of use for me and my patients. It's easy for patients to schedule on-line and they get text and email appointment reminders. The software is easy to learn from the start, so my staff and I didn't have to spend hours of training to use it. I can complete a soap note and invoice and send off the bill to insurance in less than a minute.

Cons

I find the exam forms are cumbersome to use: to complete inspection, palpation, ortho, neuro exam of cervical spine, I have to click on each one and a separate drop-down window with lots of boxes appears. I've developed a work-around but I'm sure it could and will be simplified. The notes do not print well, meaning, they take up way too much room on a page--one note often occupying more than one page. It wastes a lot of paper when I do have to print notes. I can't easily bill multiple visits on a CMS 1500 claim form, which I have to do for certain insurances.

The most robust Patient management and marketing software for the most affordable price

I see more patients with 2 less employees. I pay less for Zhealth software, and my payroll is WAY down!

Pros

The Note speaking feature. The "My Favorite" Diagnosis and the super-fast and effective email support that comes with Zoom meetings to fix things.

Cons

Sometimes information disappears but if I log out and back in it reloads.

zHealthEHR works amazingly well and is incredibly affordable!

I wanted a cloud based software that didn't have all of the monthly support, upgrade charges etc. I was paying around $380/month for Chirotouch and was looking at having to upgrade my hardware to handle a computer glitch. That was enough for me to finally look and find zHealth. The engineers and support people have been super responsive and patient in customizing my requests to get the software very reflective of the patient visit and services I offer in my clinic. Great people to work with. I have never had any claims denials for poor medical documentation. Fantastic value and excellent functions.

Pros

It is fast, very thorough, customized to fit my practice style and is very, very inexpensive.

Cons

Not really any complaints. It did take some time to make the changes to fit but I can't fault the software, really.

Welcomed Switch

I’ve solved my patient reminder calls. Simplified and quickened my note taking The self checkin has decreased the immediate need for a Front Desk The online scheduling is a wonderful addition that makes life grand.

Pros

The customer service and the timing of it all got me to switch. Price is great and the features are easy to use. It is customizable and I really appreciate that.

Cons

They are a growing company so there are suggestions that need to be made, however, they are more than willing to listen to improve their product.

Overall it's convenient to use and gets the job done. But, the creators of the system have promised us a couple upgrades which they've not delivered - visual analog scales and conveniently seeing patient review of systems.

Pros

The billing program is easy to use and gets the job done without any trouble.

Cons

For those doctors who use activator and do different adjustment each time a patient is seen, creating a visit record is not very convenient.

They have been incredibly supportive in how the invoicing option works.

Pros

My customer data is all in one place, it's web driven, it runs, never crashes my laptop, integrates all the features I want for one price point, and is backed up on their servers.

Cons

It's not configured yet for how I do notes, but all the features I want are there.

Overall I am very pleased with zHealthEHR. When researching software I was mostly concerned about price, tech support, training, online scheduling, and patient reminders. This software is a great value and offers everything I need. The sales and support team has been great to work with as well.

Pros

Because it is web based I can access it and home or office - making it very easy to check/update my schedule, patient information, chart notes, etc. from either location.

Cons

I prefer chart notes to read in a paragraph format rather than as bullet points, however this is a very small criticism. The software allows for me to type notes, click prompts or use the voice option for notes - which I haven't tried yet. So far I use the clicking method and it works well.

Too good to be true

I’m happy with it and tell everyone to take a look at it. It does so much more for the same price as everyone else.

Pros

It does everything you want and more. Billing services will be offered soon. They added the voice to text where i wanted it and the outcome assessments.

Cons

Anything i don’t like is changed. I talk with or email the CEO constantly and he does what i ask for. Can’t ask for too much more.

Price is right but assistance is wrong.

So far it’s not that easy and since they are on the west coast and we are east coast assistance with this is zero so far. I will update after 3 and 6 months usage.

Pros

Price is great. Needed an EHR and reviewed many. All have issues so financial seemed to be the deciding factor.

Cons

Initial set up is horrible. They were only able to transfer my patients into system but no other information. Past visits. Insurance information. Procedure codes. ICD codes
