Customer support is great, not a software that we will recommend to other practices that reach out to us inquiring software that is the best for their practice.
I am struggling with it, at this time however, because I am having to (at 53 y.o) learn how to do my own billing and am often lost in these very spooky woods alone.
Customer support is superb, especially compared to the practice management software we were using prior. Therapy Notes constantly improves and updates, adding both free and paid features.
I have 2 complaints having used one of TherapyNotes competitors at my previous practice. One, I miss having an app on my phone.
Billing is so easy and it gives you billing at your finger tips, it is user friendly and the staff is awesome on assisting if you are not sure how to utilize all the features.
One more complaint: I have been a psychologist for over 25 years.
Otherwise, I like all their features and their customer support system is always on top of it and extremely helpful.
That has been a rather frustrating experience and can possibly lead to audit issues.

The ease of customization of documents is great. The support with this company is the best of any we work with.
The most frustrating thing is there are not tons of users in my immediate area.
I most mention the impeccable customer service TriMed has to offer. They truly want their customers to be happy and go above and beyond helping create a better work flow for the office.
I had a hard time with the patients we were sending links to. I believe more than anything the patients were using old technology that was not able to support this software.
We love their staff and are so thankful and grateful for a smooth transition from paper charting to an electronic system.
Sometimes I forget that it is not human and can't understand why it can't do whatever I might dream up. No really it is very practice specific.
Once we were up and running we have had great support from their IT and they have gone above and beyond to help us as we have added staff to our clinic.
E-Medsys has a smaller client base so it is not as well know nationwide.
I would recommend this product to any practice (big or small) as it is truly a great product backed with some of the nicest staff you will ever meet.
Logging immunization is easy, well organized EMR and pediatric friendly. Great costumer support and I can't stress enough how great is their support.

When COVID hit, I was able to transition seamlessly to Telehealth. The fact that the organization even offered it free for several months to encourage users to use Telehealth was amazing.
When a lab order is connected with an encounter it can't be modified through the lab tab (makes NO sense). Billing needs to be updated, it's completely an obsolete system that is being used.
It is visually intuitive and easy to navigate. I am really satisfied and happy with Charm EHR.
When I contacted customer service for anyone who can handle this case, the only thing I got was "sorry", and then no more after, the chat was terminated. Not accurate patient's due and reports.
We use Charm for a Telepsychiatry company with all TeleHealth visits. Charm has been responsive to our product inquiries and integration options.
But they have limited hours and can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with. That being said they usually respond within 24 hours.
Overall I am very pleased with charm. It is ease to use, offers lots of reports and analytics, and everything is contained.
Once inactivated, a patient shouldn't be able to have an invoice or encounter created. Inability to relabel or change dates.
I love it and even my families love it. They love the portal and the ease of using it.
Not quite enterprise level yet, still some basic features most other EHRs have that are missing.
I have been using it for 15 months and have worked out the kinks in my processes. As with any EHR, not everything is perfect, but it fulfills my need.
Easy to use, streamlined integrations and patient portal is great. Good price for subscription.
The forms and questionnaire templates that have been shared by other practitioners has been helpful. The software is very easy to use.
Great small all-around software that provides everything a small company needs. You can see a patient's financials from right within the chart, which is excellent.
Customer service is responsive and very helpful. I regularly learn a new way to be more efficient.
I have found Charm quite straightforward for writing notes and managing patients's charts. I moved to Charm from 11 years of paper charts and was certainly nervous to move to an electronic record.
Low cost, can view software ahead of purchase, responsive customer service, easy to use and train, customizable.
For the price of the product, you receive a lot of features that are missing or outdated in other EHRs. The RCM team also can do a great job handling your claims.

Love the calendar feature where it syncs with my Google calendar. Love the reminders for client appointments and how they can manage their own appointments.
I have struggled most with billing—getting cards to not charge for missed appointments. Reminders have occasionally caught me off guard—either they went out too many times or not enough.
I like the fact that we no longer have to have paper files, ease of use overall and some of the features like appointment reminders, the ability to create and add your own documents.
This annoyed me because my time is very valuable and I specifically set aside the time for my training and no one bothered to alert me that it had been canceled.
This software is richly featured. I've appreciated the ability to create very sophisticated custom online intake forms, and and the autopay enrollment for automated batch credit card billings.
My main complaint is that I have had trouble getting someone on the phone when I have an issue. They do tend to respond by email quickly but sometimes I would prefer a phone conversation.
I am appreciate of the customer service that is prompt with response. The software has amazing training videos that assists with new users like myself.
The prompts for setup were a bit confusing and I'm having trouble getting back to some sections that I worked on previously.
What I love most is the ease and simplicity of the program that offers so much. It’s like having an assistant to help you with all of the paperwork without the high cost of payroll.
I love how user friendly it is and how it keeps me so organized. Technical support is very helpful and attentive.
I appreciate the ease at which everything is located and available. The site is very easy to navigate and set up and you feel confident everything you need to be successful is at your fingertips.
This makes it very easy for your business to be able to have everything in one spot making it very easy to keep a nice clean process.

Its ease of use, machine learning, no inaccurate boilerplate templates, its reasonable cost, its organized processes for onboarding, and the amazing and responsive and personable customer service.
I was in a group practice for 5 years until I resigned last September. During the 5 years in my former group, I was burdened by using E-clinical works - a template based EMR that I absolutely loathed.
Complete, fast, attractive and (positive) attention grabbing reporting to referring physicians. Outstanding customer support.
It was my bad for not selecting Praxis years ago.
A great emr that will keep improving your pratice, keep improving your speed, and save you time.
In fact that is one of the most annoying things that there is not one consistent way to do things. Some processes take one click , some take two, some you check "ok" and some you click "enter.
We use scribes and this is a very easy system to adapt to that. Once you understand the logic behind the software it is quite brilliant.
You are never left wondering if you are forgotten.
We've been using it for almost a year now and it has proven to be simply outstanding. We have physicians, counselors, lab technicians, and clerical personnel using it without any issues.
Unbelievably, this administrative part of my practice is now fun and my speedy and high level reporting is a source of pride to our whole practice. Charting is easy and intuitive.
Patient encounters are streamlined and efficient, permitting faster delivery of quality care and increased revenue.

I enjoy having an account rep who can advocate for our needs immediately. I like that the software is edit-able and we can customize as we go if needed.
The horrible interface, the lack of basic input masks for dates, the above mentioned positive is also a negative, as they don't talk to each other very well.
Love the reports, the ease of use and the quick responses from customer service.
I find at least two charts with this issue per day. This has been going on for over two weeks with no plan to fix the corruption on their end, only for the user to submit a ticket then it gets fixed.
I like that it is tied into the Medicare DDE system and is real-time. It makes verifying Medicare benefits and notifying Medicare of admissions so much quicker and easier.
There are glitches in some reporting, causing frustration and delay of tasks, errors. Too many questions on forms that are more or less not helpful, causing more work for clinicians.

Help via telephone and the messages system are both very easy to access, always friendly, professional, and very helpful.
I stopped using them for billing because they started to suck at billing and feel married to the talkEHR software as switching would be painful.
My overall experience is very positive and I would recommend it to any physician or medical clinic.
Then they will call me to say the problem is fixed when it is not fixed so I have to waste more time showing them the same errors.

Had literally 32 medicare bills denied on the grounds that the claims were improperly filed whether it be because they didn't scrub for g-codes or applied the wrong modifiers or used the wrong form.
The features I like the most are the ePrescribe, including control substances, and telemedicine component.
Multiple glitches in almost every component of the EHR, and they never get fixed. Technical support is worse than completely useless.
It had been free with basic functions for my low volume practice.
They literally did not know how to do the one thing we hired them -- medical billing. Automation was always full of errors and bugs, with their rule based system always scrubbing bills the wrong way.

Cannot attach a PDF to an email. Cannot easily see in the diary which patients have cancelled their appointment.

As of now the issue is resolved ' - the biggest, irresponsible lie.

The only thing I find unfavorable is the inability to change some of the predetermined fields that our company does not utilize.
There are so many built in features that ensure you, as a practitioner, have an easy job in managing and ensuring quality care.
There are no aspects of the product that are difficult to use. The integration process was smooth once all employees became accustomed to the layout of the site.
This system is super user friendly. My direct contact is always very helpful when I need things changed or updated, which has helped with implementation significantly.
Initially, notable was just another terrible ABA software that was hard to understand.
I love how creative I can be when planning treatment for my clients, whether it's managing behaviors or creating thorough and precise treatment objectives.
Not being able to pull a report on our pay (or how they compute or pay based on work submissions in noteable.). I do not like the word count.

I like the ease of use, the reminders are great and the system of communications is very good too. My clients are well informed about their appointments and invoices.
Some clients are missing the text reminders I pay for and therefore miss visits which is costly. The operators of the system do try to fix glitches expediently.
I love everything about this software. I am not the greatest when it comes to computers and Clinic sense was super easy and user friendly.
The mobile app is not the easiest to use and I’ve had a few issues with clients emails not working.
I was particularly impressed with how quickly and seamlessly the team made important updates to help us integrate new Covid-19 protocols and procedures.
This may sound petty, but the invoices you get out of the system look like they were designed by a frustrated teenager. They don't look professional at all, which is a shame.
Shortly after signing up, one of the owners called to check in and give me a bit of history about the company. I love that it is run like a small business, where the customer is important.
I'm not sure if it's just something weird I'm doing.
Overall, I am pleased with ClinicSense. It has great functionality for the cost.

This may sound petty, but the invoices you get out of the system look like they were designed by a frustrated teenager. They don't look professional at all, which is a shame.

Overall, I am pleased with ClinicSense. It has great functionality for the cost.
The ease of rescheduling and even cancelling has my clients complimenting how easy it is to use, navigate and the electronic intake form is a godsend.
Overall a very pleasant experience for my clients. Support is very responsive, you won’t have to wait long if you have a question or an issue.
Easy to set up, quick changes can be made even for adding new users. Great features and they have been proactive in adding what they knew we would need for new requirements.
The customer support is excellent, the product is very well designed. It helps me manage my practice very easily with one product.
Just switched to this program a few months ago. I am finding it much better than the last program and patients love the reminders and online booking feature.
As a Massage therapist I love that SOAP notes are right their as well. Never mind the Revenue report that they offer; great come tax time.
I love the online intake and Covid-19 forms and the convenience of soap notes with each client. I also like that a health history form is sent to clients each year to be updated.
Support staff are always helpful, kind, and most importantly they answer the phone. If I have an issue, I can always call and get a response in minutes.
Very easy to set up and use and reasonably priced. The intake forms are easy to customise and everything’s automated.

They have superb customer service. I really liked how attentive they are to your needs and are very open to making sure your issues are resolved.
I don't like that I am unable to speak with a customer service representative when I have a problem. I don't like having to schedule an appointment when it is a quick question.
In the beginning the customer service was wonderful. The look is clean and user friendly and they have great tools and tutorials.

The calendar view does not work well for us and the list view is even worse. An option to see have appointments take up a set width and a potential option to see locations as separate calendars.
Love the versatility, easy to send forms, patient side is clean and easy to use, really like the signature option, HIPPA compliance feature is great.
Occasionally it will give users feedback that the form is incomplete and can be confusing for them. Sometimes the email goes to their spam and they miss the email and we need to remind them.
My clients like the opportunity to complete the forms in the comfort of their home and have it done when they come into my academy. The customer service is outstanding, especially Mike.
I don't like that there is No spellcheck feature. Another problem I found that it is too easy to delete a form accidentally.
It appears to be a perfect balance of user friendliness with complex features. I have an outpatient practice where it is important to get guardian signatures.
I haven't encountered any problems so far. The worst thing might be learning how to construct forms because it is a bit overwhelming.
I love how easy it is to make my own forms and templates. I love the affordable price as well.
Every practice, no matter the size, NEEDS a service like this and IntakeQ does it the best at the best price.

It has many features that can be customised to suit how you run your practise. The help in setting the software up has been amazing.
Software constantly has issues, features regularly don’t work. Integrated payment system has issues and has lost us income.
Cost effective, great responsive customer support; does alot more for the business than other "just another medical record" softewares.
Lack of chat function to be able to communicate in real time with reception and other clinic rooms.
Absolutely amazing, very helpful team and out of all the softwares i have used once you are used to using Pabau, the things you can do and offer patients is endless.
However, I think the only negative I could mention is that it always takes time to learn a new system. Regardless of the provider this would always be the same so its not a negative directed at Pabau.
Easy to use and it’s great that its accessible on multiple devices in multiple locations. Functionality that other software does not have.
Difficult to apply discount at times. Sometimes, appointments were not visible on some devices.
So far it was fairly good and Now things are getting much better. It is quite a rich tool to use to manage the whole practice.
Ones we are going strong I am confident this will be a huge facilitator.
The system is so clever and does so much that it's worth the money I pay. As a sole trader it has saved me so much time through automation of so many aspects of my business.

You then have to suffer through more days of annoying pop ups for these emails until they finally close out the ticket. It is truly a non service.
I love the liaison that is assigned to me. Also the customer support team is very responsive to any questions big or small and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
I tried for days to figure out what was wrong and no one was returning my phone calls from support. When I did get in touch with someone, they were new and didn't know that info either.

The system is missing an e-prescribing feature.

It has been great for our 24 hour practice. I would recommend it to anyone as long as they are comfortable with the price.

I submitted a ticket in September that has not been addressed and I have received no updates on it. Even when I have called to follow up, no updates are available.
Easy to schedule appts, add call backs and take care of business. Ease of access to all records for 4 locations is pretty expansive and it is WONDERFUL.
Then they do not complete their portion of any work but if there is a delay it is all on the user. Once you finish implementation, you are on your own to just figure it out.
Xero integration has meant improved financial reporting and profit. The reminder system is fantastic and reduces staff time and costs.

I am a loyal customer as a software system is only as good as the people that support it. It is worthy every penny.
This has been a horrible experience. I am now using simple practice with no billing issues.
I like the ability to run reports, templates, ease of use, and most of all the support. Customer rep has been helpful and encouraging the whole time even when I am not able to understand.
Hard to read: font too small and faint and in odd places. Have not been paid a penny from all that I have input and sent electronically.
Has EXCELLENT customer support, which is essential for a solo practioner with limited computer skills; they are friendly, patient, and helpful to resolve issues.
The majority of the time nobody does get back to me, which brings me to the next problem I have.

The inability to use the automated messaging because we have call lists that cant be excluded.
It has already begun to save me time and energy, and I know it will provide more of that the more I learn all the features. Overall, I could not be more pleased.
Often when there is an update another problem occurs or something has changed that is cumbersome. We have used EZBIS every since it was a DOS program.
EZBIS is user friendly with many features that will help you run your office effectively and accurately. The Collection desk makes receiving payments with a click of a button.
Only downside is we have a cash practice and cannot give a HCFA receipt on the day of service right to the patient.

We are just finishing the contract but we will not renew. This is very difficult to use and it’s very useless for medical spa.

Easy to use and the support is great. The ebilling facility is particularly great.
Having used another system for 20-years that was failing me miserable I was apprehensive about moving.
Always available to help you, provide alternatives if necessary and their technical knowledge is fantastic. Nothing is ever too much for them and they will always follow up calls or emails.
There are only three of us in the practice and it seems very expensive and poor value for money that only one person can use it at once.
Having used more traditional systems in the past this is fantastic in comparison and they are constantly adding new helpful features and always answer the support telephone.
I think setting up the personalised templates is extremely difficult, time-consuming and stressful.
I liked the statement reminder feature which helps keep on top of things well and everything is in one place and very accessible.
There is little to complain about this package. We do not need or use half the features provided and I cannot think of any disadvantages or issues I would like changed.
It is user friendly, with a fantastic customer support service who are reactive and personable people.
The support team are fantastic always there to help, always professional and always friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

I have only been using Midex for a few weeks but have found it a huge help. It has improved almost every aspect of patient management.
The team at Midex are always happy to listen to any suggestions, at this point we would like it to have a facility to fully integrate with a new writing device.
What I most like about Midex is that it allows you to look up patient information in one place quickly and all the information about a patient is stored in an easy to locate way in date order.
The software covers all areas of running a busy practice. It is so useful to have everything we need integrated into one system.
Easy to use and the support is great. The ebilling facility is particularly great.
Having used another system for 20-years that was failing me miserable I was apprehensive about moving.
Always available to help you, provide alternatives if necessary and their technical knowledge is fantastic. Nothing is ever too much for them and they will always follow up calls or emails.
There are only three of us in the practice and it seems very expensive and poor value for money that only one person can use it at once.
Having used more traditional systems in the past this is fantastic in comparison and they are constantly adding new helpful features and always answer the support telephone.
I think setting up the personalised templates is extremely difficult, time-consuming and stressful.
I liked the statement reminder feature which helps keep on top of things well and everything is in one place and very accessible.
There is little to complain about this package. We do not need or use half the features provided and I cannot think of any disadvantages or issues I would like changed.
It is user friendly, with a fantastic customer support service who are reactive and personable people.
The support team are fantastic always there to help, always professional and always friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
It is clear and easy to navigate. I'm impressed by the way the software is being regularly updated and user comments are acted on to keep it up-to -date and easy to use.

I lost one month talking to the company and felt that I am asking them for a favour until I lost my patient and cansal my direct debit for the Medesk.

I have also ask for refund of the first monthly pay as I never managed to use the softwere and still no refund given.
Quickly to learn, easy to use. For our small company this is the best solution for now.
We had some troubles with additing contract, we need to have it on profile once, but still I have this issue. Also it was a little bit difficult with invoices, but after support, now is quick.
Overall very satisfied with the experience and interaction with Medesk. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with InsightEMR has been great and fruitful. I like the content , outcome based documentation and ease of adding and deleting required points in the documentation.
You call leave messages and no one returns your calls. Customer Service is horrible.
I love the ease of use to talk to customer service, and the ease of resolving issues. Insight makes it easy for us to contact them with any issues we may have.
This company tried to get too big too fast the software itself is unstable and the support system is useless.
One of the things we like best about the software is the adaptability and specificity to therapy practice. The product can be molded to fit your practice and is very user friendly.
It's been 3 years and there is still no patient portal. They also said they were working towards merchant services when we signed up, and still not there.
The staff at CPRx has been going through the training process, and all have been amazed at the user friendly application.
A year after implementation while still dealing with more glitches than expected, we contemplated ending our contract but ultimately kept the system to avoid the same hassles with yet another system.
Working with our account manager on a monthly basis has been most helpful. The monthly management reports are very helpful to a practice owner.
No undo button, changes in resolution requirements, sometimes errors or connectivity issues.
I absolutely love Clinicient and their software, very easy to navigate and access patient information.
It also prompts the therapists when to complete PQRS and FL reporting. Support has improved exponentially with the recent introduction of Empower.
We have been users of Clinicient for over 3 years. Overall, we are happy with the service.

Good price reasonably user friendly, adding mips reporting, some ability to customize. Robust support at the beginning.
Initially Practice fusion was free and then all providers had to pay a monthly price. What I am mostly disappointed is the contracts that have the providers sign.
I would gladly put Practice Fusion up against them all. It is great and it delivers exactly what they promise and they also provide the best customer support that I have seen in the EMR field.
For me the lack of attention to the specific needs of Psychologists in the EHR as well as the ever increasing price of the EHR caused me to look to other EHR forms.
But the thing that I like the most is the ease of use, the improvement in the car in the last 2 years was great. They have been using practice fusion for more than 6 years now.
I never found anything least about this software. Every time I use Practice Fusion it never had given me a problem.
Practice Fusion met all those needs plus more. It has an excellent user interface, easy to learn how to use, and is overall great.
My billers could never access and you cant talk to anyone they send you instructions in an email. I have to pay for 4 providers when I am only one.

I like this software because it is easy to schedule my appointments online. Also I heard that this software is not too expensive but a lot of patients are going online through Practice Fusion.

Overall it was good, we stopped using it when they were going to start charging for prescribing and our office does not prescribe medication.
