Customer support is great, not a software that we will recommend to other practices that reach out to us inquiring software that is the best for their practice.
I am struggling with it, at this time however, because I am having to (at 53 y.o) learn how to do my own billing and am often lost in these very spooky woods alone.
Customer support is superb, especially compared to the practice management software we were using prior. Therapy Notes constantly improves and updates, adding both free and paid features.
I have 2 complaints having used one of TherapyNotes competitors at my previous practice. One, I miss having an app on my phone.
Billing is so easy and it gives you billing at your finger tips, it is user friendly and the staff is awesome on assisting if you are not sure how to utilize all the features.
One more complaint: I have been a psychologist for over 25 years.
Otherwise, I like all their features and their customer support system is always on top of it and extremely helpful.
That has been a rather frustrating experience and can possibly lead to audit issues.

When COVID hit, I was able to transition seamlessly to Telehealth. The fact that the organization even offered it free for several months to encourage users to use Telehealth was amazing.
When a lab order is connected with an encounter it can't be modified through the lab tab (makes NO sense). Billing needs to be updated, it's completely an obsolete system that is being used.
It is visually intuitive and easy to navigate. I am really satisfied and happy with Charm EHR.
When I contacted customer service for anyone who can handle this case, the only thing I got was "sorry", and then no more after, the chat was terminated. Not accurate patient's due and reports.
We use Charm for a Telepsychiatry company with all TeleHealth visits. Charm has been responsive to our product inquiries and integration options.
But they have limited hours and can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with. That being said they usually respond within 24 hours.
Overall I am very pleased with charm. It is ease to use, offers lots of reports and analytics, and everything is contained.
Once inactivated, a patient shouldn't be able to have an invoice or encounter created. Inability to relabel or change dates.
I love it and even my families love it. They love the portal and the ease of using it.
Not quite enterprise level yet, still some basic features most other EHRs have that are missing.
I have been using it for 15 months and have worked out the kinks in my processes. As with any EHR, not everything is perfect, but it fulfills my need.
Easy to use, streamlined integrations and patient portal is great. Good price for subscription.
The forms and questionnaire templates that have been shared by other practitioners has been helpful. The software is very easy to use.
Great small all-around software that provides everything a small company needs. You can see a patient's financials from right within the chart, which is excellent.
Customer service is responsive and very helpful. I regularly learn a new way to be more efficient.
I have found Charm quite straightforward for writing notes and managing patients's charts. I moved to Charm from 11 years of paper charts and was certainly nervous to move to an electronic record.
Low cost, can view software ahead of purchase, responsive customer service, easy to use and train, customizable.
For the price of the product, you receive a lot of features that are missing or outdated in other EHRs. The RCM team also can do a great job handling your claims.

Easy to navigate and logical to use. AMAZING customer service - prompt ( despite the 10 hour time difference ), friendly and have always managed to explain any issues I may be having.
Cannot attach a PDF to an email. Cannot easily see in the diary which patients have cancelled their appointment.
I am so happy and satisfied with this software. It is very user friendly.
As of now the issue is resolved ' - the biggest, irresponsible lie.
The feature I like most is when booking an appointment of the patients and processing payments. Just few clicks and good to go.

It has many features that can be customised to suit how you run your practise. The help in setting the software up has been amazing.
Software constantly has issues, features regularly don’t work. Integrated payment system has issues and has lost us income.
Cost effective, great responsive customer support; does alot more for the business than other "just another medical record" softewares.
Lack of chat function to be able to communicate in real time with reception and other clinic rooms.
Absolutely amazing, very helpful team and out of all the softwares i have used once you are used to using Pabau, the things you can do and offer patients is endless.
However, I think the only negative I could mention is that it always takes time to learn a new system. Regardless of the provider this would always be the same so its not a negative directed at Pabau.
Easy to use and it’s great that its accessible on multiple devices in multiple locations. Functionality that other software does not have.
Difficult to apply discount at times. Sometimes, appointments were not visible on some devices.
So far it was fairly good and Now things are getting much better. It is quite a rich tool to use to manage the whole practice.
Ones we are going strong I am confident this will be a huge facilitator.

The software is more than just appointment booking system. We can do Dental charting, Tracker our patients for follow up, Whatsapp integration is the best, automated msgs on whatsapp to patients.
It contains all features pertaining to efficient management of a dental practice. It has in-built features which when utilized properly has tremendous scope for practice growth.

I have also ask for refund of the first monthly pay as I never managed to use the softwere and still no refund given.
Quickly to learn, easy to use. For our small company this is the best solution for now.

Initially Practice fusion was free and then all providers had to pay a monthly price. What I am mostly disappointed is the contracts that have the providers sign.
I would gladly put Practice Fusion up against them all. It is great and it delivers exactly what they promise and they also provide the best customer support that I have seen in the EMR field.
For me the lack of attention to the specific needs of Psychologists in the EHR as well as the ever increasing price of the EHR caused me to look to other EHR forms.
But the thing that I like the most is the ease of use, the improvement in the car in the last 2 years was great. They have been using practice fusion for more than 6 years now.
I never found anything least about this software. Every time I use Practice Fusion it never had given me a problem.

Unfortunately, I can't use this at this time because the billing, insurance, and other sections are not used by us and very confusing for our students even if we tell them to ignore it.
The top feature is the customer support - phenomenal response time, and care is taken to provide custom answers. The level of HIPAA compliance is excellent and allows me to feel secure in note-taking.
I struggle with the templates. There seem to be ones in there, but they're hard to adapt to my own practice.
It saves me a lot of time on admin work and I have confidence that my records are completely secure. Highly recommend, five-star product at an affordable rate.

Perfect for starting therapists - no set up costs and you could effectively stay on the free plan forever. Friendly and helpful customer support on a messenger system.

It is very difficult to use this program if you are seeing over 10 patients a day since you can't SALT your note and edit it that way.
It saves the time and cost. Its amazing customizable features for all specialization is helpful to all kind of doctors.
Main account lists you as Dr even if you are another trype of provider. Have to make a second user to stop that.
This software helps doctor and nurses to work very efficiently and also improve patient care. It is easy to use and faster which makes health services accurate.
The system should have inbuilt drug information database for each drug salt - Common side effects, precautions, contraindications, dose modification required in renal and hepatic dysfunction.
Easy to use, totally free, good communication system between doctors and patients. Highly recommended service.
I don’t like that the E prescription function is not available.
But thanks to 75 Health (despite being on Free Trial)... everything became so handy. This is the best acronym we can give to 75 health.

I Care does what it promises, without fuss. Help desk is prompt and reliable; the manuals online are complete and usable.
When I first used scheduling, access to openings was hard for me to figure out. It required a click on the secondary mouse button.

This product is visually appealing and the functionality is outstanding. It is easy to use and navigate.
This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.
PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.
They have even threatened to cut our access to the software with-in 24 hours for non-payment when we were paid up 2 months ahead of time (errors with their own accounting).
They have been very supportive and helpful with helping an Alternative Holistic Practice make the software work for our needs. There was always a solution to our request.
We have had problems with the scheduler software moving appointments, deleting appointments, and changing the status of appointments without our knowledge or input.
Practice Suite is a great product and the service support is amazing. They are continuously upgrading and integrating new aspects of the software to help ease the use for both providers and patients.
We have had problems with the billing software changing the status of unbilled claims to billed claims, and even create claims out of thin air.
Switching over to PracticeSuite has allowed me to bill my patients more efficiently and in turn made more money for my practice. My favorite feature by far is the outstanding support team.

Ease of finding appropriate templates for charting and the ease of prescribing. I prescribe daily and the program is excellent.
When they do "updates" and "fix" things that were not broke but then work worse after the "fix. One time the did an update and the email reminders disappeared.
The customer service is fantastic, they always respond to help tickets very quickly. It usually is pretty snappy and quick to respond, and is easy to learn to navigate for first time users.
Disappointed that Carepaths stopped having rates for part time therapists.
This one works the best of any I've seen and the price has been a blessing, I can actually afford it.
Our customers are having problems reading their bills.
We have several clinicians using carepaths, and we have been pleased with the ease of use.
It is difficult to use and difficult to maneuver.
Good value for the money, not pretty, but functional and secure.
It's literally a "hit or miss" when you open a "help" ticket as to if they will respond and/resolve the problem. And don't even think there will be any follow up after the initial response.
Software continually progresses / improves / is enhanced. Records are easily downloaded for care coordination with other providers.
The insurance entry process is tedious and time consuming. The scheduling component is difficult to maneuver as well.
I have used this program for several months and am really happy with how easy it is to use.
Poor customer service, features that staff claim as working do not work and fixing features is irregular and random. System is slow at certain times throughout the day.
The simple interface appealed to us as well. I think this EMR would be fine for any clinician who is NOT sending claims to insurance or paying other clinicians on a fee split.
When we identify what ERAs are missing, we then need to MANUALLY post those ERAs into the system. I am paying for double the clerical staff that other practices my size utlilize.
It helps the patient monitor their health conditions by just one click.

Support staff can misbehave with you any time if you call them for your problems. All support staff are freshers and by the time they start to understand it the become arrogant or change the company.
Working with the best of the best has made me an asset to any company that will hire me.
No proper training, poor arrangement of demo, extreamly poor software support system.
Software is very user friendly and also has good features like multi-user facility and regional language facility to provide prescriptions and advice which are very useful to us.
It is wasting my valuable time with dead slow support.
So far things are going very smoothly and there is proper co-ordination between me and my staff. I would recommend this software for its stability and good support provided by the company.
Also, the method of selection of each instruction is very primitive and time consuming. I have in fact, stopped using it.
The product is very good. It solves the Hospital Requirement and keep patient intact.
There is practically no training and user manual. The access control, audit trails are also not well defined.
Even i had bought new laptop & i want to shift my whole software into newer laptop. If you can help me for that i would be happy.

All the features are accessible from the main screen itself, provided the rights are given. Product is economically priced and service is excellent.

I like how easy it is to use and it is easy to learn new functions. The calendar is very useful, I like that pictures can be added.
The editing function is difficult and confusing. I can't figure out how to "edit" existing family information.
Ease of use, practicality, it touches every section that we need to run our facility and take excellent care of our residents which is our ultimate goal.
It can be slow at times and takes a while to load everything up. I usually have to restart or just leave the app open for a while to let it load.

I like the way that the EMR is designed to be specific to your needs and the way you as the user want it. Very easy to use and designed around the clinical approach for ease of documentation.
There are SO many glitches in the system - and the SAME glitches. Very frustrating - a lot of time is wasted re-doing documentation.
Quick and easy nursing assessment. Like the ability to pull up ICD10 codes.
Not all medical options are available with drop down options. The "issues" notification is often not accurate.
It accurately documents my assessments & when there are missing options, I email support & they are corrected quickly.
One issue would be corrected then another would arise. The billing component was inexpensive and whoever did billing coded everything WRONG for over a YEAR.
It performs well for our team and reporting is a plus. We are satisfied with the decision to move to FootPrints.
