This is the most GI-specific EHR out there and it does a great job integrating the endoscopy workflow, scheduling, and outpatient workflow. Good document management, faxing integration, usually fast.
Those separate and distinct sections have to be searched for clinical information. To avoid this problem, I often "dual document.

Imagine using a cell phone that old. This is a cumbersome setup that requires use of Windows OS, unsafe browser settings, and it often stops working after Windows auto-updates.

It's irritating to put a new patient in the schedule and by the time you've entered all the required info, you've forgotten what time and date you were putting them on the schedule for.

During initial setup my information was entered wrong and there was a delay in payments from insurers. Also Chirofusion charges a different amount if you want phone support.
It’s straightforward and fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. The customer service is awesome and everyone is so friendly.
I was disappointed when I found out that there’s no way for patients to reschedule their appointments online. I thought patients would be able to control their appointments when they need to.
I feel the software provides our office what we need in a user friendly, compliant and budget friendly package. The training and support staff have been very friendly and helpful.
Now I have to redo the entire appointment to do any of those things. I really miss that feature.

It was a struggle to keep HIPAA compliant before we went electronic with all that paper floating around.
I appreciated the ability to design forms that fit for my agency and integrate them into the system. The system was comfortable to deploy, with the ability to contact when needing to troubleshoot.
Do not have a lot of problems with the billing side of EHR YOUR WAY. Customer service --some of the technicians cannot solve the problems we are having.
EHR has been a great way to expedite the paperwork writing process. I love that it auto-populates some of the fields to help make it much quicker.
Also, it would be ideal if the problem areas could autopopulate on the discharge summary so you wouldn't have to spend limited time to generate the discharge summary.

The calendar view does not work well for us and the list view is even worse. An option to see have appointments take up a set width and a potential option to see locations as separate calendars.

Occasionally it will give users feedback that the form is incomplete and can be confusing for them. Sometimes the email goes to their spam and they miss the email and we need to remind them.
My clients like the opportunity to complete the forms in the comfort of their home and have it done when they come into my academy. The customer service is outstanding, especially Mike.
I don't like that there is No spellcheck feature. Another problem I found that it is too easy to delete a form accidentally.
It appears to be a perfect balance of user friendliness with complex features. I have an outpatient practice where it is important to get guardian signatures.
I haven't encountered any problems so far. The worst thing might be learning how to construct forms because it is a bit overwhelming.

It is frustrating when canceling appointments, if they are scheduled for multiple different disciplines. It's especially frustrating when discharging and having to cancel multiple appointments.
However, the training staff was very friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with this software and its support staff, that I have since switched to this software for my own billing company.
NueMD was a mistake from the beginning but we kept trying to make it work. Inaccurate promises of thousands of documentation templates, poor customer service, inaccurate billing, poor scrubbing.
We are so happy with NueMD. Their Fantastic Training is KEY to efficiently using it's attributes.
