Great product with great service!

We delicately searched for the best rental management software and are very happy with our choice for 365villas. The integration is very easy and smooth and the product is very easy to use and learn and has a clean look! Also, in the event of any questions or desires the customer support is always reachable, friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend this product!

Pros

Salima has been with us every step of the way in setting up our 365Villas Property Management System and web site. She is extremely competent and professional, she has always dealt with any issues that we had expeditiously and she has always been able to solve anything that has come up. In doing so she has gone above and beyond the call of duty.

Cons

The software is very complete, which also makes it complex. Learning all the details can be a challenge.

Extremely User Friendly!

They are a great company and were always eager to help. While we pushed them to develop and add a few things they didn't have in the software they were very receptive and kept in communication with us while they worked on those things. They are a great partner!

Pros

It is extremely user friendly and everything is clearly laid out. You can group houses/properties together by property manger, size of home, owner, etc. and run reports that way.

Cons

The maintenance WO's could use some additional features, like being able to add photos.

I'm still learning how to use 365Villas but there has not been one thing it does not have the ability to address as far as my vacation rental needs are concerned.

Meets Then Exceeds Expectations

Prior to using 365villas, I had some prior experience with other property management systems. Suffice it to say, the previous platforms made claims but failed completely to meet them. I was burned twice and had my reservations. I made the blind leap again since my business needs demanded it. Glad I did! Pros

I use this software for my work as we work in the holiday rental properties industry. Is good for the template messages that sends automatically and the fact that is connected already with others platforms we use.

Cons

To be honest for me, the colors are not getting on together very well. Is hard to choose the property each time and to select what options you ll work on. Rating tables takes a lot to choose the year and spend a lot of time to add the year seasons. Also, to check for availability for our properties as a browser I dont use it as it always looks very complicated and also people ive asked say the same. I had problems to upload pictures but the support 365 was very useful.

I have worked with other reservation programs and this has made everything easier and definitely more user friendlier than part programs. That is, if you get trained on it.

Cons

The only con is that there isn't 24/7 customer service, chat, or real time assistance when needed. But our Representative,[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], has been extremely helpful and very accomodating in assisting us.

Easy & Straight Forward

I use the system to check info on upcoming cleaning jobs. Also I do Pre Guest Checks and login to keep up to date with checkins/checkouts, number of guests/configuration, number of nights stay etc. I have Housekeeping access and find the system easy to log into and straight forward to use.

Amount of pieces of information regarding the properties. The accessibility to clients, as in owners and guests. Easy to find a reservation.

Glitchy. Some menus don't work well. The availability calendar doesn't line up well on android phones.

Fine from a computer, very hard from IOS

The sync between channel managers, accounting, automatically sending emails.

Cons

I was told a mobile app was in the works a couple years back, it seems that has yet to come. It is very hard to use from a phone. We end up communicating via Airbnb or VRBO which makes it really hard to communicate with returning guest.

Very easy to use for small scale property managers, but quite expensive if you have up to 4 properties.

Very impolite customer service staff. It happened to me twice before deciding to stop using their services.

A life changer

I've started using 365Villas for my Short term let agency in Italy 1 year ago: I need to say that it really changed my organization's life, I can easily say that my team had seen time spent on recurring tasks down of 50% or more. The only downsize I could see is that at first glance it seems quite difficult too use (and this was not only my reaction but of my colleagues too); but in reality it only took 1 hours with their lovely customer care / business advisor team to find out most of the features I could use.

As a checkin manager I would like to be able to see a calender like I used to be able to when I was using the system as housekeeping. Development of a phone app would be good as it seems that when I enter in notes when using the phone, the notes are not saved into the system like when I enter notes in when using my laptop

The software is easy to use. They helped me set up my website and walked me through everything during our training sessions. He was always available to help. They responded to all of my emails very promptly and answered all of my questions no matter how minor they were. 365Villas is a great solution for my property management business. Clear & Concise

I use the 365villas booking website to schedule garden maintenance visits to holiday homes in the Denmark WA area. The maintenance page provides a clear and concise method for identifying vacant periods where I can have uninterrupted access to the property.

Pros

Fonts and colour scheme are great. Very easy to read.

Cons

A short help guide (for maintenance or cleaners) would be of great use to me to get better value out of the website.
