Pros

It has an excellent communications with many important internet portals. We've been using it since December 2018 with good results.
Our personal advisor [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] from Avantio answering and helping us directly with any question we have. Thank you very much for the good service and helping us our business to grow.
Their PMS & Channel Manager work great and have been a real boost for us. Customer service is excellent and they & my account are extremely responsive.

Cons

Our offices are in several countries, the software is it self-available in various languages, and we can all get connected at any time with no license limits for users.
The problems we have to deal with are referred to our peculiar agency layout and not due to system's issues.
Currently no Phone App - for admin or for Guests. The software is not 100% configurable to every business, but I imagine thats impossible.
