Their pricing algorithm (which is essentially the entirety of their service) proved to be poor for our properties. They priced us either obscenely high or way too low.

It was great and the website designer and trainer [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] went above and beyond. You got a keeper there.

Pros

Love the easiness and love the way the website and all functions are available on the drop down menu right at the reservation Grid screen.

Cons

Nothing it is great and very self-trainable with all the online and training materials available for us.

Pros

The software is easy to use, and offers all the features we desire to run our business. Customer service is beyond excellent. Any questions or concerns are resolved within 24 hours.

High functionality

Coaching from the support team has been excellent. The assessment I received on how well I am using the functionality of the software has been excellent.

Pros

This software has every thing you need and then some to run a B&B/hotel.

Cons

There is so much functionality, far beyond what I need for my three room inn. I am a sole proprietor and have not been able to become well versed in all the details of the software. I do think it is a bit pricey compared to other options for a very small business such as mine.

New to the Hospitality Industry

ResNexus has been great to work with. They have always been able to help me with every question I've had. The set up process was easy and I'm still learning about what the program can do! And they are still patient with me! ha

Pros

Of the software companies that I talked to, I was the most confident that ResNexus was there for me, to help me use the features that were best for me and my company. The customer service has been above and beyond! They have been great to understand my needs and able to implement things to make it easier to keep track of the things I need to keep track of for my type of Hospitality business!

Cons

I would like to see some improvements on keeping track of all guests in a cabin.

New to ResNexus

After reviewing many options, I recently switched to ResNexus from another property management software package for my B&B. The support and training has been far beyond anything I've experienced previously. The personal service of my trainer and the many training videos is quite remarkable. We were up and running very quickly and have a great booking engine integrated with our own website. This has been a smooth experience from day one! Highly recommended!

5 Stars-Plus recommended! In addition to our great new software, ResNexus built a beautiful new website and designed new visually appealing marketing templates. Any of our support questions have been answered expeditiously as we’ve occasionally needed with getting accustomed to our new system, which is light years beyond what we had been struggling with prior to migrating to ResNexus Professional. We feel very fortunate to have discovered the stellar customer service, software and marketing solutions ResNexus offers.

Pros

Our ResNexus software is extremely user friendly, and has so many great features built in to streamline our daily tasks so we can more fully direct our energies toward our guests. Our "Red Carpet Professional" has been absolutely that and more. She is genuine and caring, and has been helpful beyond measure, positively committed to finding solutions to rise above seemingly insurmountable challenges with our previous legacy system. Her dedication to excellence and her follow-up skills speak volumes about ResNexus as a company, and our interactions with all other ResNexus staff from day one forward has been likewise, truly remarkable.

Cons

As with any new system, there was a bit of a learning curve working editing the marketing templates, but ResNexus quickly helped us with that too. It's great to be able to make any adjustments we'd like.

A great booking engine

Pros

ResNexus implemented the use of website building and design. They provided a multitude of features that allow my guests looking at my website to have greater ease of navigating through my website to view our rooms and amenities, prices and complete the booking independently from a computer or phone. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Every support staff is extremely knowledgeable of the system and can quickly and easily resolve any issues I have. They are also patient in teaching me the steps to make those changes. I also feel like their website templates allowed me plenty of options and it is much cleaner and more user friendly. They expanded allowing us to connect with other booking engines such as Airbnb, the calendar merge immediately and I've never had an issue.

Cons

We have recently purchased a very small resort, which is why we started using ResNexus, so I work my primary job full time as well. It is difficult for me to connect with them during their hours, I wish they had evening and/or weekend support.
