Pros

Our clients love the ease of use in checking availibility and rates when they are looking at our website "BahamaBeachHomes.com. We like the ease we can show discounts for extended stay bookings.
Love the additions and notifications of them. Price point per property is perfect and best I have seen.
Support is the best of any software that we've ever owned or bought in to. The support is quick, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping make the software as effective as it can be.

Pros

It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
I'm very happy for using shedul , it has improved my business operations beyond expectations and I believe it is one of the best investments ever made.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.

Cons

I lost business soI left them. The 2 issues for my Bed and Breakfast is not a big problem, but John takes this seriously and I feel he goes all out to get the answer and fix the issue.
I had difficulty locating info on guests who've cancelled. Sometimes when I search for guests by name they do not come up right away and I need to add more information.
It is hard to find the site on Google or other search engines.

Cons

The headache and frustration of dealing with them is too much. If I did not already have my clients set up in their system, I would be switching to something else.
M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.
I was really disappointed at the pricing of this software. You would expect to pay the same as any one using the software but I was been charged way too much just for a booking system.
