What is Buddy?

Buddy is a cloud-based property management system with an analytical dashboard that comes with a comprehensive range of features including OTA management, expense management, tax invoice creation, revenue and inventory management, and more.

The Buddy revenue management system comes with an analytical dashboard that provides users with in-depth data insight through visual reports. Buddy can be integrated seamlessly with the Myallocator hotel channel management system through which incoming bookings from online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia and Booking.com are synchronized to the Buddy system and allocated to their respective rooms or beds automatically. Whether the booking has originated from OTA or manual change, cancellation and modification are simplified within this platform.

Buddy’s tax invoice management functionality can be used with any taxation structure, regardless of the country. This feature also allows users to utilize a tax slab that is set on a price range or days. The inventory management feature within Buddy facilitates the automatic allocation of rooms and beds to customer bookings, and provides maximum visibility across OTAs.
