Pros

They Listen, they Care, They Help, They are friendly, and they are relatable - genuinely impressed with everyone I have spoken with, including the finance/payment teams - great humans.
I found the set up mostly intuitive, helped by the excellent webinar provided. Thr big help was the friendly and prompt support, this really helped reassure me that this was a quality platform.
I believe that we have a great presence on the internet with Eviivo, and as the world transitions back from the Covid-19 issues that we can have another great season.

Pros

Ease of use, simple and effective. The product is very robust and most importantly their customer service is excellent.
I join aiosell maximum 1 month ago but my revenue increased very well...all team is very nice...very supportive team...specially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] sir is very nice explain all topics one by one.
Ease to use and very help people. I would highly recommend.

Cons

The program doesn't ask for "City" or "State" of guests so we have no idea where they are from. This has been a problem during the Covid-19 crisis.
We still have not recovered that loss. We will never recover the bookings that were lost during the time we were being shown as sold out.
I'm in risk of having my Expedia.com account suspended because of Eviivo. When there is a problem Eviivo simply doesn't answer you.

Cons

I cant think of anything that is there to mention negative about this system.
Since I have been using this Software for less than 6months only, I don't have any serious contradictions.
Integration of Reporting with Hotelogix PMS is not satisfactory.
