The optimal solution for me

Many OTA's, Rental platforms and many other partners can be integrated.

Pros

The Channel Manager is very fast, easy to configure and use, with many additional features such as Reputation Management, OTA Promotions (currently Booking.com and Airbnb) and statistics.

Cons

Sometimes certain information about new features may be unavailable in advance. However, this is very rare and eventually you can try it out or ask the support / advisor.

The easiest way to use it even for training some one for PMS's since our hotel started to run, we became the user of the eZee and it has been working very well and easy to adopt to it.

Just to let you know, the Channel manager and Reservation are 2 different solutions, there are few features designated for channel manager and some only for the booking engine. However, for your ease of use we offer single access panel for eZee Reservation & eZee Centrix so that you don't have to juggle between multiple login panels.

Furthermore, regarding the different inventory management for booking engine and OTA, we do offer that service. You can simply drop us an email to cm@ezeetechnosys.com and our support team will take care of your query.

Most affordable channel manager (especially if using Ezee Ultimate plan) and also most integration

Hopefully if there is problem with their integration, they can solve it with the third party directly, rather than directing us to solve it ourselves with the third party.

Pros

-Pricing is the most affordable (ezee ultimate plans 2-3% per booking) for small or starting accomodation because you only pay for what you get.

Cons

-Difficult to learn and use, too complicated -When there is integration problem, support team usually told us to solve it with the third party (the OTA) instead of them correcting and communicate directly with the OTA.

good for normal operations it has plenty of features but there is still a large room for improvement the good user interface support from the technical team is good while implementation and thereafter.

Cons

ease to use the software can be improved dashboards and presentations of information can better you should incorporate shortcut keys so we can switch to various reports etc easily some advanced features or modules like club management etc are missing

There analytics and booking engine statistics helped us a lot to understand our customer search and our worldwide recognition among the customers.

Pros

The first thing that I love about eZee is there 24/7 support which helps me at 2 am in the night also. 2nd their channel manager and booking engine page UI is excellent and the analytics, data and booking engine statistics are also very good.

Cons

PMS is not at all about ease of making a reservation. The booking engine widget can be better, they charge a huge amount for integrating something new with the software.
