Pros

Simplicity of the software. The ability for any new hotel reservation executive to understand the software with ease is what makes staah so effective.
VERY HELPFUL AND EASE TO USE GOOD SPEED STAFF VERY MUCH HELPFUL GIVEN SERVICE ANY TIME WHEN WE WANT.
After several months, we have seen a big improvement in revenue and room nights. It is a very easy to use platform and good support team responsive and helpful.

Cons

Cons

Change your rates and inventory, and update everything from a single place. It decreases the risk of over-bookings and other costly mistakes.
Would be difficult to use if there was limitation to the hotels facilities such as no access to internet as it is cloud based.
I am still learning how to use it so don't really have any bad comments at the moment.
