Pros

Any time we needed help, the online chat was right there to help us. I am grateful for the customer service we have from Hoteligix.
So with help of API, these became possible. As per our requirement HX had supported us with best hospitality support.
Support is provided by a 24hr help desk. We are finding the product robust and simple to implement with responsive support staff and rapid problem resolution.

Pros

Very prompt, always helpful, short wait times and super quick turnaround. All agents I've spoken to are patient and polite, and overall great system for your money.
Answered every question, offered help on a daily basis, and did so with a great attitude and understanding. Best customer service I have ever experienced in this industry.
I love that the agents go above and beyond to help with any questions any one may have. They are always so helpful.

Cons

I recently missed a payment while i was away from the office, without any warnings they blocked my account.
The inability to change the status of a booking as arrived, departed, etc. Without doing the night audit is extremely frustrating and inconvient.
Bad conductivity with some ota’s, we have to contact directly with them.

Cons

They are not mobile compatible. Blocking out dates is hard, so I find myself just making fake reservations.
At times the wait is very long and frustrating. There are also some language problems but those are really made worse by poor hearing on my part despite hearing aids.
No back up to operate should the internet system be compromised, Suggest and offline set up as emergency back up.
