Pros

Any time we needed help, the online chat was right there to help us. I am grateful for the customer service we have from Hoteligix.
So with help of API, these became possible. As per our requirement HX had supported us with best hospitality support.
Support is provided by a 24hr help desk. We are finding the product robust and simple to implement with responsive support staff and rapid problem resolution.

Pros

Very user friendly product with an amazing support team.
Two things that are very important to me are the software updates, I like that new things and modules are added contentiously to the system.
In any business customer service is the most important part of the job, and great customer service can be hard to find in any culture and any country.

Cons

I recently missed a payment while i was away from the office, without any warnings they blocked my account.
The inability to change the status of a booking as arrived, departed, etc. Without doing the night audit is extremely frustrating and inconvient.
Bad conductivity with some ota’s, we have to contact directly with them.

Cons

Pasting the texts from the word and formatting is a real pain. The coders have to do everything for heading, indent, paragraph spacing etc. and you have to pay for each customization.
The software did not have the feature of creating of rooming chart and had to pay to build one but that also has limitation.
