multi-property feature group feature easy to understand it integration with lots of systems (snapshot,tripadvisor,channel manager) customer support
i can not find cons even when we find some issues, they always help us to solve it so they are having good response to fix any cons which appear for us

Makes my work much more easier since its a cloud based system so its easy to manage and work from anywhere
Safe and secure. Very easy that gives a freedom to anyone to use. You do not need a week of training its just few houra and you are done.
Front Desk and Pos. Making a reservation is just click and drag while using a pos is just pick a product and sale

This is the complete one to use in hotel business. The first time u might get little bit difficulties to use this cloud basis one. But when u try to use it day by day u will learn new things about hotelogix. In hotel business i prefer everyone to use this cloud basis software.

Excellent. Life has become easier for the management, staff and guests alike.
Ease of use and never a downtime. Fast cloud based. Personalized customer support although you hardly need it.
Nothing. We have been using it for all our properties for the last 6 years.

I love that this product is a cloud-based product. The price is very suitable for the product and it saves me a lot of time.
No important cons on this product. But i think they can make some improvement on the graphics of the Booking Engine

Having a cloud based system was critical for our business. It has been easy for our staff to use and it is a good value for the price.
Unlike a typical hotel, we are a lodge that manages and books vacation rentals for private owner. We were unable to find software that fit our needs, but chose Hotelogix because it seemed the best option out there to customize. Setting up the different fees and pricing is challenging for us. The channel manager functionality doesn't allow us to take third party bookings in a way we are satisfied with. We had hoped to link our reservation calendars to our website, however we are unable to do so with our desired functionality.

As it is a cloud base software, can easily access from any where. integrate with most of the booking channels. good support, has most of the features that is need for hotel
i will be very happy if i can use hotelogix on my mobile with no extra cost. another is the support team could not integrate hotelogix with some online booking channels, but trying to fix it. beside that, i don't see any cons.
