Pros

Any time we needed help, the online chat was right there to help us. I am grateful for the customer service we have from Hoteligix.
So with help of API, these became possible. As per our requirement HX had supported us with best hospitality support.
Support is provided by a 24hr help desk. We are finding the product robust and simple to implement with responsive support staff and rapid problem resolution.

Pros

Because I paid for a lifetime membership at the lower tier, I can say that it suits my business needs just fine. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great solution to their PM business.
So far loving it and the customer support is just as good if not better than the reviews stated.
SimplifyEm’s ease of use is one of its best features. The interface makes it intuitive to use to even those like me who aren’t experts in technology.

Cons

I recently missed a payment while i was away from the office, without any warnings they blocked my account.
The inability to change the status of a booking as arrived, departed, etc. Without doing the night audit is extremely frustrating and inconvient.
Bad conductivity with some ota’s, we have to contact directly with them.

Cons

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.
I may be wrong but it doesn't download into Quicken. We are just getting started with this.
I have to close the browser and log in again. The problem doesn't go away when I log back in.
