Pros

Any time we needed help, the online chat was right there to help us. I am grateful for the customer service we have from Hoteligix.
So with help of API, these became possible. As per our requirement HX had supported us with best hospitality support.
Support is provided by a 24hr help desk. We are finding the product robust and simple to implement with responsive support staff and rapid problem resolution.

Pros

The accounting side of the software is not as good as the property management side. With that being said, we are still very happy with the software.
It's so easy to use and has great features as well. I recommend TM to any all property owners who want to easily and effectively manage their properties.
My employees are equally impressed, and it has increased their productivity immensely. The best news is how we found over $10K in rent-receivables owed by a government agency, which was promptly paid.

Cons

I recently missed a payment while i was away from the office, without any warnings they blocked my account.
The inability to change the status of a booking as arrived, departed, etc. Without doing the night audit is extremely frustrating and inconvient.
Bad conductivity with some ota’s, we have to contact directly with them.

Cons

I also hate that buildings are set up as different entities in an accounting sense. I also hate that you can not upload a budget and run reports with the budget.
They are available for email or live chats. If the support technician doesn't know the answer, he'll quickly find out.
The program seems limited in features to query and report. Support is sooooo hard to get and most of the time the answer is no it doesn't do that.
