Pros
The time I save when I manage my airbnb rooms is just amazing. I love the fact that I use 1 app to manage 4 different properties.
Customer Support: AirGMS support is flawless, I love that I can reach out to them anytime using the chat box and I always got prompt and great support. Also the video tutorials are the best.
I love being able to text the cleaner and having template messages that fire off at certain times is great. Prices are reasonable and not excessive.
Pros
The system is very user friendly and easy to operate. We love the Unit Chart and the many ways to sort information.
Frank and his team has been very responsive and always there to help when asked.
Also, the ability to customize the property is helpful for reservations personnel.
Cons
The lack of auto-approval of inquiries (your competitor "Your Porter" app has this feature). Missing function of removing listings (even when I no longer cohost that listing on Airbnb).
You have to opt out automation for review whenever there is bad guests. It takes some time to load the app.
This happens in a few places and causes a significant amount of wasted time when on a phone.
Cons
Again, coming from an older version, the downside was just learning a new system. I was accustomed to all reservation being on one screen.
Lack of being able to do Monthly billings on the 28-29-30 and 31st.
The user interface can be a bit difficult to navigate.
