Pros

The time I save when I manage my airbnb rooms is just amazing. I love the fact that I use 1 app to manage 4 different properties.
Customer Support: AirGMS support is flawless, I love that I can reach out to them anytime using the chat box and I always got prompt and great support. Also the video tutorials are the best.
I love being able to text the cleaner and having template messages that fire off at certain times is great. Prices are reasonable and not excessive.

Pros

I love the simplicity, clean interface of the software, ease of use, and accessibility.
I like that all of my info is clearly organized and that I can book rooms from all of my devices. I like that it works with Expedia too.
It is very affordable and I absolutely love working with customer support.

Cons

The lack of auto-approval of inquiries (your competitor "Your Porter" app has this feature). Missing function of removing listings (even when I no longer cohost that listing on Airbnb).
You have to opt out automation for review whenever there is bad guests. It takes some time to load the app.
This happens in a few places and causes a significant amount of wasted time when on a phone.

Cons

Beside that, it is very hard to find a flaw of this software.
You'll get more than what you pay for. Very little price to pay for all the features and functions of InnGrid.
No availability calendar, which is a standard for online reservations (isn't it?!).
