Pros

The auto messaging and algorithms with the message system is very useful. The reporting abilities are also great and make for an easy and quick rundown of all the data i need.
Product easy to set-up and allow a free version for less than 4 airbnb places which is nice while growing. Can be connected to TheKey and allow template for messaging.
Nothing gives me more joy than writing good review about good product that I tried. First of all iGMS is so easy to use and it gives You full control on Your accounts.

Pros

A great system, works very well, easy to use, good features, flexible & with excellent support.
Easy to use, web based, nice housekeeper app, awesome connection with airbnb, booking and expedia, booking engine is pretty good, paypal payments on the booking engine.
Easy to use, great customer support, great blocking/room allocation functionality, beautiful reports.

Cons

I did all corrections that were showing errors upon launch.
Currently no option to link to our own website but this is under development apparently.
The messaging was a bit delayed, so if i got a message on Airbnb, it would take a while for me to see it/ get notified on their website or on the app.

Cons

Sometimes it does not sync with booking engines properly. Also when I move the block (reservations) around, it kept saying warning even the date is correct.
Promised improvement/changes to software are not always delivered. Translation into other languages (in my case Dutch) is sometimes missing or with mistakes (e.g. when printing the check-in form).
I did encounter a problem in February when payment could not be made because the card details had expired in the system.
