We went from a Franchise to becoming an independent hotel again. We had gotten used to our regular system and needed to find a software that was affordable and easy to use. This software did not let us down. We especially like that we can use it from anywhere. A definite plus for a busy hotel. The support is awesome. I can email them and they get back to right away. I like that our training was done by phone so we could change the schedule easily if needed. It has only been a few moths but we are very happy. The cost is the best part. It is not very expensive and we get 24 hour support and free updates.
There are some reports I would like to have only because I had gotten used to them before. We have adapted and learned new ways. It could be a little faster. Otherwise it's great.

Customer service is outstanding, Quick interface, Super easy to learn, and no chance for double bookings.
No way of creating a stand alone Do Not Rent list, would be nice to have a do not rent list and a flagging system for said D.N.R list.
