Yesterday I had an issue with checking guests and I cannot remember the techs name but she recorded the issue and passed it on accordingly. Had the same issue again today and they had already begun looking into it and were able to show me how to get guests checked in the meantime while they patch their software, The support staff was super helpful and resolved the problem in less than five minutes! I love how reachable the support team is and always get the problem resolved.

Pros

It's a corvette system. All of the wonderful bells and whistles! You can make it as simple as you like or as detailed. The customer service is excellent and always ready to help.

innRoad, a good choice for us!

Pros

I like the fact that innRoad is user-friendly and enables you to correct mistakes easily. The software is very easy to train new employees on and enables me to log on and help my desk attendants online when I am away from the property.

Cons

Tech support cannot always help in the evening hours. There are times that an issue will have to wait until the A-team techs are on duty the next morning.
