We use Kigo since early 2013 , both the management system and website. We are very happy and satisfied with Kigo as daily tasks are much easier. It is 100 % geared for vacation rental. Software is relatively young but improves fast, listening to customer needs and implementing solutions that best fit the way to work of most of them . Personally I think it lacks some features, but I am confident that with the pace of updates that take , some of them will soon be implemented. PROS : - It is very fast and very stable. We have never had a service failure. - The channel manager synchronizes perfectly with no errors or problems , totally reliable. - Very easy to contact other agencies for exchanging properties. - The customer service is always available for questions or troubleshooting. CONS: - Relatively complicated for a basic user , at least in Barcelona they do not offer classroom training, on the other hand they do offer video tutorials , webinars and as I said you can call them for questions. - The channel manager lacks of some major portals.

I have been using Kigo since April 2013 and I am thoroughly impressed. I have witnessed Kigo develop, improve and grow at an astonishing rate.
