Unfortunately, there is no place to do messaging in LiveRez. I can't get the guest contact information through HomeAway/VRBO, so I am currently stuck, unable to respond to inquires.

Also frustrating is how rates are managed. You can set seasons, but it is damn near impossible to adjust the rates for specific days.
