-Guests can make reservations through its website which offers a lot of exposure to your park - in addition to Guests being able to contact the park directly and having your team members take reservations via phone or in person/walk-ins
-Support reps are always helpful, prompt to respond and will go above & beyond to find you the answers you need if they do not know it themselves. Our client services manager has been great to work with. She listens to her customers and customizes her guidance to the specific needs of the park's situation. This is important to us because every park operates differently and has different needs.
-The (help) support is always answered pleasantly, promptly and they are always able to help. This is very important to a business/industry that often times needs answers/help quickly.
-The initial training videos are decent for the basics; however a more interactive training program would benefit parks greatly!
-I do not like that some things cannot be changed by the user (park staff/managers/owner), and have to be submitted through a support ticket.
-I believe some parks would benefit from having their vacation RV/Cabin/Park-Model rental units available on the site. We have not found a way to make it work for us by having them listed in this reservation system, so we do use a different system for our "rental units".
