The team at RR is absolutely great on all fronts. We’re super satisfied and currently working on some fresh ideas with them to further rollout solutions at our company.
The best thing about RR for us has been that it 100% performs every operation that we wanted it to. The second best thing about RR is that it performs these operations in an extremely fast, intuitive way. This software has vastly improved the efficiency and productivity of our internal operations while at the same time improving our customer experience at the time of booking and on the day of travel.
All non-custom software integrations require companies to make some decisions and compromises compared to business as usual with an old solution. The team at RR really helped us look past our change anxiety and we’re much better for it.

The customer service team at RocketRez is fantastic, and our overall experience with them has been very positive.
RocketRez is one of the only systems that allows us to process reserved ticketing, general ticketing, walkup POS sales, and manage our Shop inventory. We all really appreciate having one system that can handle all of these needs.
The reporting out of RocketRez needs some work, but I know they current team is actively working on that in 2024/5. I look forward to seeing the results of that work.

I have worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team since the inception of RocketRez and throughout the years I have found the system to be reliable and easy to use. You can tell that customer service is a definite focal point of the RocketRez team as support is amazing, quick and consistent!.
I love that RocketRez has us covered in ALL aspects of our business from accounting to reservations/tickets to reporting to waivers to accommodations to online reservations and partnerships and even photo management! This means you only have to use one system for all your business needs.
The only thing I can say is there are a couple of features that we would like to see that we have not received yet but I know are on the list.

I have used other online reservation companies over my years in the boating industry. This is by far the most user friendly one out there that i have used.
I like how you can see up to 8 days on calendar.
I wish it was more cell phone compatible.

The BEST! Amazing! Wonderful in all categories.
The ease of going from an older program to RRZ was amazing! Getting started with RRZ made everything much easier in so many departments.
That is wasn't developed sooner! We wasted money on other products that never did it "all". We were using 3 programs to do the job of just RRZ!

Overall my experience with RocketRez has been great. Definitely recommend.
I love that RocketRez is very user friendly. I have to manage multiple accounts daily for work and being able to see them in a calendar setting makes everything easy for me. Creating events takes only a few moments and is straightforward. I love that.
The only thing that I would like to change is the way things are written out on the contract when I input them myself. I would like to be able to add bullet points but right now it all just meshes together.

We require a rain check feature, currently it is cumbersome to keep outstanding rain checks on file, although reports can be generated which is helpful.

I have found that RocketRez has been an easy platform to use and learn. There are some features like coupons that require multi-steps that can cause some grief. Overall, I think it offers an array of tools. When we first started it was very difficult to set up as most of the examples were based on boating or wedding companies. Where ours in more complex in our offerings.
Coming from a complex company, we are very fortunate to be able to use a singular platform to run both our giftshop, in person POS system, and online sales platform.
The reporting side of the platform has been a flaw for us, this is due to it not pulling the correct numbers and miscounting our revenues. I do believe we could limit some of these miscalculations if our system was fully set up to meet our needs.

RocketRez helps our passengers get to work on time and I know they all appreciate it very much. I know that if I had to commute, having a reservation system like this one would ease some stress.
I like the smoothness of the software. The various things I need to use are easy to find. The reporting could use some work, but I have found workarounds for the difficulties I've had.

All revenue is streamlined through one system.
RocketRez was easy to use. Before signing up with them, both parties involved made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a smooth transition. All missing functionality was developed and ready for us on day one. Down time has been non-existent and customer service is excellent. The RocketRez team understands your needs and will work as hard as possible to get what you need developed.
It sometimes takes longer than desired to get feature enhancements.

Rocket Rez does an excellent job in assisting their clients immediately, I have never had to wait longer than an hour to be assisted. Our account manager is always on top of communicating with us and does not mind breaking things down for us to understand and optimize our use of Rocket Rez.
As the times change I do wish that a few feature request that other systems provide would be available with Rocket Rez. Like allowing the tickets to be saved in the apple/google wallets and a few other innovative things. Rocket Rez is a good system, just wish some features were more current.

Its been a great experience thus far, we do want to utilities more of the system as we grow and learn about the new modules.
System is reliable in providing real time date with accuracy and transparency. Can have multiple users with various security levels. Reporting is easy to manipulate and customizable. Anything we are not able to do, support is readily available to assist.
Some modules are little confusing and not having the direct API into the accounting system.

Very easy to teach our staff how to use the program - being a seasonal business we have a lot of staff turnover and constantly have to train new team members
Some facets not compatible with our OTA partner, retail software not as robust as our previous POS.

Our company has used RocketRez for many years, and we have seen a lot of improvements over the years. It is nice that we are able to ask for features to be added and the staff are great at helping us problem solve and figure out how to solve any issues that arise to make the software work better for us.
Very user friendly, we have been able to use a lot of the features to our benefit and get the most of of the software for our company.
As much as we have been able to really customize the software to suit our company, there are still some limitations that can be a bit frustrating at times.

I am very happy with rocketrez and all the new features they are rolling out.
It it a verybuser friendly system, you can pull any report you need and you can also save the report running process.
Nothing, generally if there is a function we do not have or cannot access the customer support team is always there to assist or create new functions.

RocketRez does very well with the ticketing, payment processing, and the overall ease of use. The system is being updated regularly with more features and improves coming often.
RocketRez does not do as well with the full customization of the web engines, reporting is well below average for the industry, and customer service has been less and less responsive over the last couple of months. Reporting from RocketRez is less informative than other comparable software with little ability for custom reports. The basic reports are all available but for anyone who is analytical, manipulating the reports to have more usable data is painful at best.

At the beginning we didnt know better and so we thought that we have a good system
Rocket Rez is unable to support our business, their ticketing system is archaic and any all modifications is generally speaking not possible and or takes months/years to add. This while other systems have kept up with the times and are much more pro-active. In recent weeks have had demo's from 2-3 main competitors and all of them answered yes to the modifications we are asking rocket rez, as in they have in place already. We also have constant hardware issues, hardware that was reccomended to be purchased by Rocket Rez and then soon after no longer be supported by Rocket Rez.
