Very easy to use and training was excellent.

Pros

It has great pricing and value. It's easy to use. It offers great access through the internet. It's great that you can have SiteMinder work with RoomKey to sell to OTA's.

Cons

Support service needs a big improvement. The average time for a response is 3 hours. RoomKey should pay close attention to this if they want to see growth in their product. Unfortunately to compete you need to work towards 24 hour support.

The Best PMS system out there!

EXCEPTIONAL! I couldn't recommend it more!

Pros

The seamless reservation integration, easy to use interface, and the magnificent support staff makes Roomkey the best PMS around. I take advantage of all the features and excited to see what new features and updates will roll out soon. The constant patches to the program is something I really appreciate as well, knowing that Roomkey is constantly improving is invaluable to me.

Cons

Nothing, I utilize every feature it has and have found no downside to any of it.
