Able to integrate OTA bookings in a simple way while taking payment without a credit card merchant gateway.

Pros

Easy of use, intuitive and well connected to OTAs.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to override a price change (ie; Summer Holiday Rate) with a long-stay rate (Discounted) vs. only being able to discount the Standard Rate, which results in disadvantageous price for the hotel.

I also thought I would mention that you can add reminders and alerts by clicking into a booking and then click "Add new alert". You can also click on a date in the calendar view to leave a note on a particular date as a visible reminder.

Additionally we are developing a guest register that might make bookings for larger groups easier to manage. Keep an eye on the booking blog for updates on that functionality..

You always get a written report of the support's answers so if you come aross the same problem again and don't quite remember, you have sth in writing.

Cons

One thing I miss and cannot quite get is the German "Meldeschein" where all the dates of a guest are listed. There is something similar but not quite ...

Cost savings and less chance of overbookings.

Pros

The fact that they have a built-in channel manager for the 3 biggest OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda - who account for 95% of my OTA bookings) with no extra charge is fantastic.

Cons

A very small nitpick and I know they are working to address it is the fact that when you add a "Virtual" room, in order to make it easier to shuffle people around to make the jigsaw of reservations fit, it counts as a room in your billing costs.

All information for the guests are on one screen. Bookings are so simple.

Cons

The only thing that is a tiny small bit irritating is the new option to send an email once the booking is confirmed as I prefer to customise the email before sending to the guest so I need to click cancel to not send the email.

Your request for an easier method to print the booking and arrivals list has been requested by others so this will be on the devleopment list. We will notify customers when this has been released.

Regarding the non arrival of some faxes, we have spent a lot of time investigating the matter. It seems however, to be down to a routing issue which is unfortunately outside of Sirvoy's control. Be aware however that we are continuing to look into the problem.

Great System, perfect for small accommodation business owners

Great reservation program.

Pros

User-friendly and simple. Loved the housekeeping function. We helped run a lodge over the winter and I loved working with Sirvoy. It has a lot of great features.

Cons

This can happen any time, including mid check in or reservation. If you're not the one paying for the software, this can be problematic as there is no way around it.

- Settings
- Booking Form
- Manage Booking Forms
- Edit Design under Booking Module

It does require some working CSS knowledge so If you don't have any technical knowledge of this I would advise that you have your web designer implement any design changes.

Regarding the payment options being customizable. Currently they are customizable but if you can provide further information about what it is you would like to achieve I can advise our development team on this further.
