Softinn is an online booking and reservation management system designed for small and medium-sized boutique hotels, B&Bs, resorts, and large hotel chains. The platform combines website management tools, a direct booking engine, and an extranet for users to manage customers, reservations, billing and invoicing, operations, and more.

Softinn’s mobile-friendly direct booking engine can be installed in properties’ websites, allowing guests to make bookings without having to navigate to another site. Bookings can also be made through business Facebook pages, OTA partners including TripAdvisor and LetsGoHoliday, and blogs. The PCI-compliant payment gateway enables the collection of payments from credit cards, e-wallets, or PayPal, empowering users to take full payment before guest stays. Rate and availability management tools allow users to stop selling rooms with a single click, and control their booking calendar from any device.

Users can generate promotional and QR codes with Softinn’s marketing tools, and embed a custom-branded promotion widget in their website. Multiple properties and users are supported by the platform, and access controls can be managed by role. Users and customers are automatically notified by Softinn via email and SMS whenever a booking is made, and users can access their customer database at any time. Unconverted guests are also automatically reminded to confirm bookings with a payment, without needing to complete booking details again.

Easy to use tool with very good customer service. Would recommend to hotels to be in SoftInn's listings

Easy to create Rooms and monitor room bookings.

Cons
The PMS is still new and requires some more work but can't wait to try it.

The use of PROMO CODE does help to attract more customer and good for marketing to increase barand awareness.
