Pros
Super easy to reserve everything I need for my trip, and comes with the added bonus of rewards. As someone who always travels frugally anyway, this is an amazing reward program.
I like the user interface, I think it's easy to navigate. The automated email updates are helpful and the customer service is great.
The system was easy to use and offered the best flight fares. I did some comparisons and I liked this system a lot.
Pros
It has been good, they have been since we opened our hostel, but they should keep contact with us more active and that is very important, loyalty is the word that describes what they do not do.
Its a very good system, good suport and user friendly. The best for hostels who works withvoluntiers.

Cons
This was long enough of a disparity that I got almost the very last boarding position. I set my own alarm for the return flight check-in to avoid this problem on the return flight.
Seat selection was not available on all legs, and the ones I selected were ignored when the system made my reservation.
Unfortunately their travel emails ended up in spam, though, so at first I thought the tool didnt work.
Cons
There is no calendar history of what we changed on the calendar and we cannot come back if you did a mistake. It's possible to ask to Bananadesk team but it's not that simple.
While I using this bananadesk website, there is no serious problem. My experiences upon using bananadesk website are very easy to use, understandable, and prevent over booking.
It gets "stuck" sometimes like sometimes you are really in a rush and it starts "thinking" and it appears an error message.
