It does the job at an affordable price. The lack of improvement in the program over time is disappointing. Customer service has been good when I’ve needed it.

Pros
One of the least expensive programs I have come across. It is easy to learn. You could run anything from a single unit to an entire 100 room hotel.

Cons
There is no mobile app. That’s really hard to believe in 2019. Using the full version on my phone is clunky and some features don’t work. Another really glaring failure of the software is that customers cannot go back into their reservations and update their credit card information. I deal with this issue constantly with foreign guests. I’m not a programmer but this seems like it could be fixed in an afternoon. Everything is drop down menus. All the demos that I try now offer drag-and-drop easy navigation.

The system essentially runs itself, and the customer service line has always been patient and helpful though the wait times can be a little long.

Pros
The ease of use is phenomenal, and there are an incredible amount of features while making it simple for the customer to book online.

Cons
The incredible amount of features is not necessarily suited for smaller businesses, I wouldn't mind seeing a cheaper software available for low-room clients.

Reliable product, prompt and informative customer service, affordable price. You won,t find a better PMS system for such an outstanding cost in our industry! From the easy navigation menu to the custom reporting functionality, WebRezPro has covered all of the must-haves and even some extra wish-list items for our small hotels. Good easy to use platform with some good data insights and the information is clearly displayed and the system is easy to navigate.

Cons
Additional interfaces should be added as part of the initial implementation as the price can grow and therefore reducing the overall value for money. The integration with OTA partners is not very effective and can sometimes cause us issues.

Pros
We needed a solution that was reasonably priced and could be implemented quickly, and that would offer a range of interfaces typically required by a full service hotel. Training system is pretty good and support has been excellent.

Cons
The user interface is not as fancy and user friendly as other PM systems, but they are also much more expensive. The reporting capabilities could be improved, especially the ability to customize reports.

Very good. We are happy with the product, price and service.

Pros
Love that developers are constantly improving the software and are flexible, willing to listen to feedback and open to developing new interfaces. It's also nice to deal with a company who cares about their clients and wants feedback.

Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind. There are glitches here and there but support is responsive. I do wish that the group reporting was a bit more evolved.

Pros
Webrez Pro has been a great asset to our business, the ease of set up and wonderful customer support is an added bonus. The reservation system is relatively easy to use. Processing payments is a breeze and it is a great value for everything it provides.

Cons
The cons are the limited accounting functions, the templates for setting up emails aren't as customizable with all the HTML parameters and setting up the pricing can be daunting, especially if you have a lot of unit types and varying rates throughout the year.

WebRezPro has been a wonderful addition to our business. Their program is easy to use and fits well with our type of business. If we ever have any questions or issues the customer support is the best! When we call we usually talk to someone immediately. If there are times when we don't get someone right away or if we send an email instead they are always quick to respond.

WebRezPro is able to accommodate smaller boutique properties at a reasonable price. We are loving how user friendly it is and the ability to use their booking engine has made life so much easier as well.

Pros
I think this property management system is extremely user friendly and modern. The transfer for our old PMS to WebRezPro was painless. We even opted to use WebRezPro's booking engine along side its PMS and I think it's the best decision we could've made. To have your PMS and booking engine be from the same company makes an potential errors easier and faster to resolve. Their customer service is also outstanding - you aren't put on hold at all and are immediately greeted by a friendly customer service associate. We're really happy so far!

Cons
Going from a non-cloud based PMS to WebRezPro which is cloud based will be a bit of an adjustment, but ultimately worth it.

The software is great. We have a rotational staff and are always training new people on how to use it. Everyone catches on quickly because the software is so naturally intuitive.

Pros
The system is really intuitive, new users can jump right in. We have several different types of rooms available, and WebRezPro clearly lists all of the options and the prices on the main screen. It's easy to make and change reservations. And we have found that the software has been able to do anything we've needed.

Cons
When entering a new card the software saves the card on file but does not process the transaction. So when you are processing a transaction with a new card the user must first enter the card info, move through the prompts, and then go back and actually process the transaction. We wish this was a one click process.

ease of use /accounting and reports /cost for what I receive for small motel we only have 2 good seasons and the rest of the time its a minimal cost even with no bookings

Cons
constantly signing in even when computer is left on it times me out, when I turn on another device to sign in I have to search the company , then I have to pick from a list to find the right soft ware then I have to fill in name company id and password, many times I have to wait for authentication through my cell or email, thats 6 steps that could be reduced to 2 steps with an app press the app and add in password as everything else is saved in cookies on your device so much simpler and when you are a small team and responsible for so many other facets of your business these little encumbrances get to be quite annoying after so much repetition , also integrating this to my web page has proved to be impossible as the support left me hanging because they are not familiar with my webpage provider and I dont have a clue how it works , I was not able to integrate with facebook page either

Well Rounded Cloud Based PMS

I started with Webrezpro back in 2005, when "the Cloud" was still a major dream for most hospitality pms software firms. They are and were innovators from the start and have grown accordingly. Highly recommend for their reporting and ease of use.

Pros
Great reporting, such as their pace report, little to 0 downtime, redundancy built in. Scalable from small to larger properties. A solid workhorse!

Cons
The cost of additional interfaces and setup can mount up.

The Kings Ransom Sedona Hotel is a 95 room "motel type" property and the Kings Ransom Inn is a 53 room "hotel type" property. We have been owned by the same family since 1973 and were formerly part of Choice Hotels. We went independent with the Hotel in 2006 and needed a good PMS system at a good cost and found WebRezPro. When we went independent with the Inn in 2010, we of course chose WebRezPro. It is easy to learn and easy to use and has improved constantly over the last 6 years. Any problems with the function of the system have been addressed and resolved very quickly. The support is phenomenal and whenever we needed a change or implementation that made our use easier, the technical team got it done! The price is right, the service fast and personal and I would highly recommend WebRezPro!

I love how easy it is to work with specially when using the new reservation tab - we can easily see all our available rooms and how much is the total stay in one glance

Cons
The only thing we do not like is we keep getting overbooking and we cannot afford to have it all teh time. The system does not refrest quick enough so we can avoid it. We only have 20 rooms to sell and they sell quick.

One of the biggest solutions that Web Rez Pro has provided is an accuracy of transaction history so that we can see when a reservation is altered who the person was, the date and the details of what was changed. This is especially fantastic when we have guests calling to book over the phone and we can see in real time the activity. It's also really nice to have such an easy ‘modification’ of a transaction should there be a change or need to adjust any of the pricing or taxes based on actuals, especially since we are in Mexico and have to convert our Pesos transactions based on the daily exchange rate, which is frequently different from the time of the quote or the first payment to the second payment. Honestly, the support is so far above standards it's amazing and no other platform provides the quality of service that is direct. It's so nice to not be fielded through a call center and waste time trying to get responses or assistance!! Live representatives that are experts allow us the freedom to do our job and focus on the face to face hospitality for our clients. I feel like we know the staff and they are quick to answer in great detail any questions or doubts and as a ‘dinosaur of technology’ that is priceless!!

Pros
As a small business owner, we have found the integration, training and support such an extremely important value that Web Rez Pro has provided to our company. When we first started we were so thrilled to have a fantastic calendar to utilize and see our occupancy in a snapshot view. Then we quickly realized that the customized reports were a huge time saver for our staff. We have used 6 other programs and this is by far the easiest to use, train your staff and the implementation from booking a reservation through the housekeeping department and maintenance. The implementation was so easy that we had 6 people trained within the first day! The automated emails are an amazing time saver as well! Thank you!!

Cons
I can’t say that there is a true negative; however, we are in Mexico and the only ‘wish’ I have is if we could have dual currency so that we could utilize the accounting features that are provided. My second wish is if we could track customer reviews more easily and keep as part of our history on our website which would be most valuable.
