Pros

The onboarding team was very very helpful, very experienced, and put me at ease. I was very excited and look forward to my next venture.
Ease of use, very user friendly with edit option and fantastic customer service.
This is a company that cares about its product staff and customers. I am delighted to be using it to grow my business.

Pros

It was a mere few hours of learning the ropes and with the great support team guiding and teaching us. The invoicing system is excellent, hours saved with everything on hand for you.
Overall choosing Hotelizer was a great choice and a great value for money product. I would definitely recommend this to other businesses.
Really the best Hotel Software, excellent interface , and excellent customer support.

Cons

Too frustrating as there were always issues/bugs appearing. So I spent lots of time raising tickets with the team reporting these bugs.
No notifications for messages of past guests. No metrics (revenue, occupancy) with the Glow membership.
I have tried a few other Channel managers which have no customer service at all.

Cons

The problems that it created while transacting to it from softone.
Lots of reports and statistics. You get lost in all these reports.
There in nothing at all. The software take usually upgrades and in every problem there is a quick fix.
