While 2Meetup delivers on its purpose, being a data nerd, I felt the lack of an option to export logs from the tool, especially client logs. Despite this 2meetup achieves its primary objectives.

It is easy to use and customize. It offers a free trial and affordable pricing plans.

2meetup has really been a great tool by connecting me and my clients and colleagues together for better understanding of our projects and decisions making. It's been effective tool that has really increased our engagement drastically with our customers. It's also a great way that we host our weekly meetings with board members or our remote working team to get overview of how everything is running in our organisation. It has also great meetings reminders which are easy to set so the user or attendees have not to worry about missing a meeting.

It's a time saving and a cost effective platform that connects me and colleagues to enhance collaboration and ideation. Everything for my end has worked.

Iy has a range of scheduling and calendar management features, there are limitations when it comes to customization options. More flexibility in customizing meeting invitations or adding personalized branding would be beneficial. Enhancing the mobile experience would allow for better on-the-go scheduling and management.

This is an excellent tool for virtual meetings and webinars, and my favorite feature is the level of customization it provides. With features like as configurable backgrounds, meeting agendas, and participant lists, the platform allowed us to customise  meetings depending on our individual needs.

The mobile version of 2meetup takes some getting used to because there are periodic synching issues that make the format and scheduling unclear.

More and more stakeholders are not using Outlook as their main calendar and email tool and so using 2meetup was a great way to get around that and be able to find a meeting time that worked for everyone.

One thing that is a bit harder is that it doesn't integrate with Microsoft Teams in the way we would like but that is to be expected in moving away from the Microsoft Suite. If you were using Zoom or similar, it would be seamless.

The lack of customization while putting up the virtual space was the only thing I didn't enjoy. It would be nice if there was more design and layout options.

With 2meetup, I can schedule multiple meetings and it also sends reminders to my colleagues/clients, eliminating the need for me to worry about whether or not they remember the meetings. I was really impressed by how this app seamlessly integrated with my calendar and sent me reminders prior to each meeting. What really stood out to me though, was the fact that it even sent confirmation messages through WhatsApp/Telegram.

No app for iOS devices. It will be great if I can use this app on my iOS devices.

2meetup is easy to use with a good user interface. I like how it integrates with google and get my calendar filled and zoom meeting links gets added with no extra effort, But what I like most is the reminders this software offers which helped get our missed meetings rate down a lot

I think 2meetup needs to be more customizable and more options to be added.

For example, "Hi, we have an appointment in 30 minutes. Did you remember? Here's the link." 3) add the ability to add your offer and a link to your site at the bottom of the booking page. Tell me, what kind of customization are you talking about?
