Pros

I love how intuitive it is, I love that it is free for under 10 employees, I think everyone who has to do scheduling for any size of company or any industry should use this software.
It definitely does a nice job of allowing everyone to communicate on a single platform. Very user friendly and the features are great.
I love how easy everything is to use. I love being notified when my schedule has been posted and as someone who used to make the schedule each week, making and publishing schedules is easy as well.

Pros

The good overview, the easy access and very good help and quick responses from the developers for requests of new functions.
Pleasant intuitive UI, intelligent UX design. Responsive support team, lets me keep all team communication in one place for my sanity aaa.
Me and my collegues arent pleased with Soon. Soon gives us more questions then help.

Cons

The only flaw in the software I have found is that I sometimes have trouble accessing the app from my phone.
The absolute worst part about this software has to do with the roles that employees can be assigned: there is no "training" option under the roles that I created.
Also, the wage predictions are hit or miss. I also only get half of the notifications I should, and sometimes that app refuses to post pictures to the log.

Cons

Sometimes there is an error, probably something with cookies so when you delete them it is fixed.
As a user, it is frustrating to not have visibility on other users' schedules. This may be an option open to administrators--I don't know).
Absolutely none, if there's something you don't like they will adjust Soon to your preferences.

Whole team loves it! Super easy to use

I'm a super fan! They even sent us a sweet box of swag! Even before that we fell in love with the software. The number one thing though is how easy it is to use.

Pros

Incredibly simple to set up and begin using. Team loves the autonomous features that give them control off requesting shifts and time off. Management loves how easy it to publish weekly schedules. My favorite features are the reporting and labor budgeting tools.

Cons

I wished I would have deployed it sooner

Once painful daily routines now seamless

It's been refreshing to see 7shifts constantly developing and improving as our business as it integrated with key partners we use.

Pros

I oversee multiple units and 7shifts not only allows me to view the schedules but also capture our sales, and view key business metrics that are crucial for our performance.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, I'm sorrywe didn't use this sooner!

Pros

easy to acces, easy to navigate through, gives the reports we are looking for and very good tool for employee communication!!!

Cons

I really do not have many dislikes...maybe at beggining as I was learning but as soon as I understood better it is very easy to navigate and use

Great program

At first I was skeptical, but as soon as I started using it I thought it was amazing. I like the fact that my staff can request time off and put their schedule in according to their school needs and vacation needs and if you try to schedule on that day it highlights as a " conflict" so you can adjust it. Scheduling is way easier and quicker!

Very user friendly and has cut the time I spend on doing the schedule in half!

Pros

I looked at several different apps before I decided on 7 shift, bit it really was no contest. The price was right, and it was so user friendly. I have had little to no issue figuring the software out on my own. My employees love that they get notified as soon as the schedule is posted. It's so easy for them to change their availability and switch shifts. I love that I can accept or decline shifts being traded based on who is working.

Cons

I have only been using the app for a few weeks, and really don't see anything I don't like. It has made my work life so much easier!
