Pros

Actus is really user friendly which is important because I am a bit of a technophobe. The team are there at the end of the phone if I have any questions and are very responsive.
Customer service is brilliant and the system is developing new features al the time to improve its features.
Great support and regular free webinars to gain further product knowledge and industry insights.

Cons

Changing from paper to electronic appraisals was always going to be a challenge and some staff have really got on board with it yet others are lagging behind.
Small text boxes, difficult to read. This may change when we move to the latest version.
I cant think of anything that i dislike about the system as the team have reviewed and updated it for us as we go along.
