Pros and cons
Payroll, I love the payroll product, it is very user friendly and any time that there is an issue, the customer services reps are available to handle the calls and find solutions right away.
The best part is one can chose whatever module it needs and the module is designed so that it can be seamlessly integrated with the existing applications from other vendors.
I like that it's constantly updated in order to benefit it's users.
Unemployment compensation services are extremely poor - missed deadlines, lack of response, delays in processing. Would not recommend using this service, ADP outsources it.
Lack of responsiveness, and lack of knowledge of their software, too many limitations in the software, major errors during implementation. Difficult to find the right person.
No communication, no training, no follow-up. Separate Data Bases for each module, modules not communicating with another, poor service.
