Do not recommend using ADP but unfortunately our parent company made us switch to this.
I'm struggling to come up with anything positive. We switch to ADP from Paycor and have had a terrible experience.
This software is terrible compared to Paycor. It's outdated, slow and the UI doesn't make it easy to navigate through even to do small tasks. You have to click through multiple pages compared to simple things in Paycor. For example, employees requesting time off requires filling out a very confusing form with a strange calendar chooser and then your supervisor to approve the day off doesn't get notified right away and then when the message does finally come through, there is no actionable "approve"button in the notification so it's just frustrating and slow.

Overall it's a VAST improvement from Paycor, what we used to use.
I like this most personally because it keeps track of ALL of my payroll stuff and it's easy to use and find the info I need. It shows you exactly how much of your check is stolen I mean taken for taxes, how much take home pay, exactly how many hours, etc. The previous one I had been using was a dumpster fire compared to this
So far there is nothing I don't like about this software, it gets the job done well and then some. Easy to use

Overall I like the app but we switch to different company and out new software prove it that ADP has some work to do
I used this software before we switched to a paycor and it was a good software tool to keep all the hr information in one place
App needs some work on the graphic layout and adding more friendly options for users. The updates are not quick enough

We just switched to this at my job from Paycor. It took a little while to get used to, but I am starting to like this a little better!
I like that the portal hides personal information and can only be shown if you click it or want it to be. It makes it easy when using during work hours to schedule PTO or to look at pay stubs etc.
It took me awhile to figure out how to schedule the PTO, but once I figured it out it is now a piece of cake.

This software is hands down the easiest I've worked with. You don't have to create a multiple amount of weird punches, like in Paycor (another software I've had to use). It's concise. It's simple. But it's full of information that's easy to find. I've had trouble on other software finding info on the amount of sick time I've built up or vacation days I have, but it's all easily accessible and easy to read on ADP. You don't have to understand any HR lingo to be able to figure the software out. I love it!
First off, it looks nice when you log in. You feel like you're in a little computer home. HR Managers are able to customize ADP looks for your organization. There is a great deal of info about my place of work, finances through work, etc., right there on ADP that I can access from anywhere. They make logging your hours simple and concise--as it should be.
There have been two or three times ADP refused to open on my Google Chrome browser and I had to use Safari. Not a huge deal and really the only con I can think of.

Awful. I haven't solved anything because most of my issues were glossed over or never addressed. I regret ever recommending this switch to our executives.
Paycor is relatively intuitive and easy to use on a base level. Compared to ADP Workforce Now, it's really simple to find what you need.
We were promised a dedicated support team, which we were never provided due to a switch to a centralized support model. Our "senior" implementation specialist was awful and did not fully set our system up. It took 4 months (2 of which were after we began processing our payroll) to have our PTO plans set up and then they weren't even set up correctly. Their tax handling leaves a lot to be desired. Their...

Less expensive as compare to ADP. Easy to navigate.
It is easy to load. Light weight as compare to ADP. Navigation is easy. Not as many features and reports like ADP workforce but it is sufficient for my payroll. It is very easy to pull reports and no need to go to separate portal. Rates are also good.
Their support team is not up to my mark. My payroll specialist never picks up my call. I have been charged 4 times of perform time. Every time I ask them they promise me that it won't happen again. They are issuing credit but I have to go back and forth to get it corrected. Not much support for paying vendors. Screen is not designed to pay vendors(LLC, INC). DOB and other fields are required field for paying other LLC.

I liked that I would receive notifications about PTO when I put in for it. Makes me know that my boss &. HR can see that I need days off, and that my request have either been approved or denied.
I cant say that there was anything that I did not like. Everything worked perfectly. I am sad now that the company has switched to ADP. Paycor was much easier.

Paycor has integrated system which draw from each other in order to manage HR, Payroll and Benefits with ease.
Integrated, smooth operations, not "clunky" like ADP
Reporting module not very user-friendly, not very flexible.

I switched from ADP and have been very pleased with the software
I like that we have dedicated representatives and when we need help we aren't talking to a different person each time we call. I like the actual payroll process and the link to Empower for our plan...this feature has really simplified my life.
We sometimes have difficulty getting reports to format and print. We frequently get the error " not able to process at this time"

It has tabs that show time worked and Sick leave and vacation pay and is well organized and easy to view no issues just glitchy mobile site for Android
Time tracking is easy and I like the site layout much better than ADP
Only thing I disliked it if you don't use the app the mobile site is very glitchy and needs work. I use often while doing contracts for Intermed

Very good
Very easy to use, great value for the money and lots of good features

I came to Paycor from ADP. It's so much better on this side. Customer service is excellent.
The software is easy to use. Customer service is always available to help. Reports are simple to run.
Nothing really. The transition wasn't fun, but they did their best to make it seamless.

Paycor's payroll software is one of the easiest payroll software platforms that I use. It is so much easier and friendly to use that the ADP platform. Thanks for providing great software.
Easy to use. Does not require training and constant calls to customer service as is the case with ADP.
There are no cons.

Ease of use and the ability to create reports on almost any field
Minor glitches once they upgraded but who doesn't this happen to

It is easy to handle administrative tasks with much supervision. I could use it across many verticals like restaurants, education and non-profit.
Easily see the analytics of HR operations. Track employee times and send messages when necessary. Workforce management statistics could be easily seen in graphs.Responsive on Windows and Android.
Tech support needs to improve. Errors should reduce.
Thank you for your review!

Extensive features and tools that are very useful for organizations with a large workforce that is spread geographically Continuous upgrades - features are upgraded on an ongoing basis Reporting feature is very good
Requires a lot of training in order to be able to use the functions and tools offered by the system Pricier option - there are lower priced systems in the market Complicated - many features not useful for smaller businesses

I like that I have to approve my timecard before my supervisor can approve. That way, there are mistakes made where my boss finalizes a timecard I haven't yet finished.
As opposed to ADP, the website isn't as sleek looking. It look busier and therefore more confusing. I found Paycor to take longer to save my entries, and sometimes won't save entries and I have to re-enter punches. I'm thinking that it's a problem to have entries that overlap, like 11 AM - 12 PM and then 12 PM - 1 PM as two separate entries. ADP didn't have a problem with this.

In our ever-increasing efforts to create an engaged workforce, 7Geese allows staff to have some fun in giving shout-outs to their co-workers, their team members, and their bosses if they want.
The simplicity of the program made it easy to leave acknowledgement and kudos to peers, reports and even supervisors.

I find, Paycor is designed to streamline and automate many of the tasks associated with managing employees, with the goal of making it easier for businesses to stay compliant with labor laws and manage their workforce effectively.
I like employee self-service that allows employees to access and update their personal information, view pay stubs and W-2s, request time off, and more.
I find quite difficult to use for few days
Ganesh - it's good to hear that your organization is enjoying our self-service feature and having a great experience with Paycor as a whole. Thanks for your review!

Moving from ADP was a vast improvement, even with the note cons. Paycor is comparatively modern and offers a more robust platform for HR needs in the cloud. Employee satisfaction with recording time, leave, and access to forms and legal documents improved dramatically with Paycor.
It offers broad coverage of HR needs, including tracking time and leave, payroll processing, access to legal forms and employee files, etc. Paycor has seen marked improvement over the years I've been using it, now sporting a useful dashboard that presents the most-needed information at a glance. I like that when I log on I'm immediately presented with my leave balances, the date of my next paycheck, and access to the individuals that report to me. The Paycor interface is easy to navigate, place oft-accessed categories in logical places. Coming from ADP, Paycor was a huge step forward in functionality and ease of use.
While the worksheet for entering leave and time worked has been redesigned, the employee management area (where a supervisor approves leave, time cards, and tracks employee projects) remains dated and does not match the rest of the site. The form for recording employee progress toward goal completion and completing employee reviews allows only three types of fields, lacks conditional logic, and does not port employee entries to the supervisor rating form. These areas need a lot of work before Paycor becomes a true one-stop shop for our HR needs.

We were with ADP, but their Customer Support was lacking, to say the least! Paycor is always there to help, and if they do not know the answer, they find someone that does. For the most part, the who system is easy to use.

I like the design of the system. Coming from ADP I do miss some of the features that they had. It's missing a total hours column by employee. It would also be useful to expand the testing of the time & attendance app to other users.
