It's missing some solutions like texting appointments to customers, etc..

I wish our healthcare service would use this tool rather than devlopping non-fonctionnal softwares.

Pros

The live updating of everything to everyone - just makes communication, management and user experience a great ascet for employees and simpifies the planning.

Cons

Mobile app a little "narrow" for managers and administrators. Limited employee communication network (communicating between them ou share info or shifts.

When we first implemented Agendrix, our focus was mainly on finding a scheduling platform. Agendrix helped solve many other issues that we had, such as time tracking.

Pros

I really enjoy the ease of use of Agendrix for scheduling, time tracking, time sheet approval. I have been using Agendrix since 2017 so it is really easy an intuitive to use for me. I really see how intuitive to use it is when we hire new managers. They usually pick up really fast on using Agendrix, so the training with that platform is usually quick. It is also easy for our employees to use the platform on their mobile devices.

Cons

Some of the reports are hard to use for us when downloaded to xlsx. We usually have some cleaning up to do before we can use the reports and that can be time consuming, especially for accounting or human resources departments.

an all in one solution for scheduling, time tracking and communication with straff

Having a few part time employees this solution is perfect for communicating schedule to employee. As soon as the next week schedule is published the employees receives an email.The service is second to none, very quick answer from knowledgable personnel.

Pros

The smartphone apps make this software is a modern, stylish and efficient solution.

Cons

The IOS apps could be improved for the management perspective. Not all functions present on the computer version are available on the smartphone. This applies only to the managing portion of the apps.

he way to count the time in two different ways, either in minutes and in fractions; it can get confusing.

Customer service is outstanding and fast. It was very easy to implement in our team of older and young employees. Agendrix is friendly user and you do not need to be a computer geek to work with it. Very intuitive.

Cons

The messenger could be improved by putting a line or something to separate the days.

The schedule and the time sheet are a MUST! I don't know how I was surviving before!

Easy to use! Friendly, helpfull staff! Easy to setup!

Cons

Well... for me and my realyty, it is pretty expensive... I would love to get more of the RH module but can't afford it (yet!)

En général le logiciel est convivial et très facile à comprendre. La planification des horaires est très facile à gérer et transmettre à tous les employés. Toutefois, la gestion de feuille de temps pour une entreprise à 200-300 employés demandent beaucoup plus de fonctionnalité vu les particularités des horaires de l'entreprise. Le service à la clientèle et support technique très accessible avec le clavardage.

Pros

Planification des horaires très malléable et facile. Communication directe avec les employés. Possibilité d'extraction des données pour importer dans des fichiers Excel. Modification de masse dans les profils d'employés. Création d'employé massivement.

Cons

Les arrondissements sont possible que sur les poinçons et non sur le calcul des temps.Pour une approbation quotidienne des feuilles de temps nous devons toujours passer sur la feuille de temps de la semaine pour chacun des employés. Avoir la possibilité de visualiser les entrées de temps par jour et non par semaine serait beaucoup plus facile à gérer lorsqu'on a plus de 200 à 300 employés. Si approuvé...

Agendrix was the best choice to manage global employees

Agendrix is the solution to manage shift employees across different time zones. The software has been reliable. We appreciate the fast and helpful tech support.

Cons

Agendrix's mobile app is not as user intuitive as the website. Printing PDF copies of the calendar and shifts needs refinement. API integration went well, except lunch/break data and certain vital fields are separated into different data tables.

1-La gestion des banques de vacances: lorsque la banque est a zéro il est toujours possible de céduler nous étions chez Desjardins et le système ne nous permettais pas de céduler une banque a zéro2-le poinçon: Chez Desjardins lorsque nous poinçonnons l'employé avait toute les options de ses entrés et sortie exemple : rendez vous docteur ou dentiste l'employé poinçonnait une pause et a son retour il poiconnait un retour de pause meme si celle ci avait duré 2h et meme chose pour le dinner et la fin de quart de plus lorsqu'un employé finissait sont quart de travail régulier il pouvait poinçonner a nouveau un début de quart et mettre un commentaire comme réunion et poinçonner une sortie fin de quart a la fin et ce dans la même journée.

Agendrix c'est mon outil de travail quotidien, avec les améliorations c'est en train de devenir aussi ma principale base de données. Je trouve que le service a la clientèle a beaucoup changé aussi, le soutiens et l'accompagnement est rapide et mieux. On sent que les gens derrière le logiciel sont beaucoup plus présent et soucieux de nous. J'aime Agendrix, je l'utilise depuis 2017, je l'ai vu changé toujours en mieux, c'est mon logiciel qui convient toujours plus à nos besoins donc je ne vois pas pourquoi j'aurais besoin de magasiner autre chose.

Pros

Fonctions RH pour dossier employé: *Calendrier de date de rappel (RCR, assurance, etc) pouvoir le configurer nous-même est apprécié aussi * Dépôt des documents par les employés Publication en temps réel

Cons

Dans le moment tout va bien, le logiciel est évolution beaucoup depuis un certain temps donc les aspects moins pratiques ont été améliorer, je n'ai pas rien à dire pour le moment.

Easy acces for all the employees. it's so convinient and tracking the time is easy.

Cons

When someone ask for time off, the reason it's not easy to spot. (I had to write something sorry).

Great for companies!

It's great. It has made it so easy for us to manage schedules, gather our employees personal information...

Pros

As a team, we love the fact that a lot of things can be done from only one platform. We can manage our employee's schedules, we can consult statistics (hours, budget...). We also like the fact that our employees can volunteer for shifts. It is very easy to use and very organized: you can create different locations, roles, positions. You can also have all of your emplyee's information in their profile and you can add their personal documents to it.

Cons

I don't like the fact that it's a lot less easy to use, as an administrator, on cellphone.

Nous utilisions Agendrix depuis des années déjà. Il y a un avant et un après Agendrix. Cela a grandement facilité la gestion des paies. Service à la clientèle très réactif et à l'écoute des besoins.

Pros

Nous apprécions sa facilité d'utilisation tant à l'administration que pour les employés qui l'utilisent. Nous avons intégré nos propres API pour s'adapter à notre réalité.

Cons

La navigation d'un employé à l'autre dans l'onglet «Présences» depuis qu'ils ont fait une mise à jour.

Nous avons facilité la production de feuille de temps avec nos auxiliaires, la marquage du pointage et l'inscription du KM. Ce qui a réduit le risque d'erreur et la surcharge de travail pour les employés et le gestionnaire.

My experience with Agendrix is completely positive. Customer support is available in French and responds in a short time. It is easy to set up and very simple for employees to use. In addition, new functions are added each year to optimize the management of our human resources. I highly recommend it.

Pros

What I like the most with Agendrix is the ease of use. Graphics are clear and easy to use. The different layouts are fun to navigate and use for employees is simple and easy. The different human resource management options are practical and relevant. In addition, it is available in French!! It meets our needs exactly.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that the mobile version is less complete than the online application. But this is not a big problem in itself. J'adore le logiciel, lorsque je publie les horaires le personnel reçoit une notifications, même chose si je modifie. Le personnel peut faire la demande pour des congés .. fini les messages qui arrive de partout. C'est beaucoup plus efficace. Je vois qui a vu son horaire, je suis notifier si qq1 est pas entrer. C'est parfait, je suis très contente.

Pros

Depuis que j'ai Agendrix, je sauve du temps lorsque je fais les horaires de travail. En plus j'évite les oublie et les quarts de travail en double. À la première utilisation, j'ai placé tous mes quarts de travail et maintenant de fais juste les modifiés au besoin et ensuite je publie.

Cons

Je n'ai aucun point Négatif. Lorsque j'ai des questions c'est très facile de parlé avec quelqu'un un ligne, ils sont très réactif et les explications sont clair.
