I am happy we decided to go with Alliance for our payroll needs.

Once moving from the initial training issues, it has been a very friendly system and I would recommend to anyone.

Pros

We use the payroll system and the new hire features and are very happy with it.

Cons

The only issue I see with it overall is the initial setup training. If we had been given the correct information to begin with, it would have been a much easier transition.

Pros

As an accountant running payroll for clients using Alliance HCM's platform, I have found the willingness of the Alliance team to work with me on imports, reports, and general support extremely impressive and refreshing.

Cons

I need to put more time into creating a viable payroll journal entry export. Current one available does not meet my criteria.
