Automatic notifications serve to inform candidates and interviewers immediately of important information and updates.

A2H streamlines applicant tracking and management activity, with offer management features that allow users to generate, approve, and send offer letters directly to candidates. Live dashboard analytics give users real-time insight into recruitment trends, while A2H’s standard reports help users gain detailed information on candidates and requisitions. Users can also request customized reports which maintain compliance with recruiting laws and best practices.
