Pros

Excellent experience from set up, training and amazing support. Love the training videos, customer check ins, it all works so much better than other systems I have used.
The vast career sites they pull from, the quality and quantity of applicants who's information is always complete because of the ease of use for them, it makes ease of use for me a joy.
ApplicantPro cares about their customers and their support is amazing. I can chat and ask anything that comes up in my process and they are available to help in matter of few minutes.

Pros

The ease of use for those that aren't quite up to speed technologically was probably most impressive outside of the actual reporting. Great bang for the buck.
We get good support and support team is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.
While I don't work as a researcher, I have used many different survey softwares throughout my career and what I love about Qualtrics is that it's smarter than the rest while still easy to use.

Cons

User interface is very cluttered. Apparently requires a lot of setup on the HR side as I am often shown the wrong positions or unable to properly interact with candidates for my positions.
When we post a position for internal applicants only, I miss being able to go directly to our own IT staff and have them post the link for our employees to apply.
Nothing, I have yet to find any problems with the software.

Cons

Customer service was horrible -- not the people on the other line but the wait times - sometimes up to 2 hours being on hold and then not getting a call back or email response.
I have had trouble contacting customer service in the past.
I ran a survey with 7 different multiple choice entries. I used the automatic choices, but it was difficult to find what I wanted because they were not alpha order.
