Overall no issues.
Doing payroll is pretty easy. Someone with no payroll experience can learn this software and process payroll.
Trying to find features (reports)are not simple. You have to hunt for what you are looking for.

Source deductions are remitted to Canada Revenue Agency for you and T4's are produced within the system. Easy to file ROEs within in the payroll section. Reduces payroll processing time.
Easy to use software, integrates easily with payroll processes easily, customer support is one of a kind. They will walk you through any payroll questions.
None. I will never change payroll software.

I have used Ceridian Insync prior to this, and found that for a smaller payroll, Powerpay is a much easier program to work with.
Payroll preview is quick to receive. Tutorials are informative.
Lack of user changes allowed to reporting setup, ie. adjusting the payroll register layout. Inability to send a direct email within the payroll program.

Powerpay was our first payroll system and makes the payroll process straightforward and easy.
The system takes some getting used to and is not the most intuitive. For a small organization like ourselves a system like Wagepoint might be easier to use and have the same features.

Customer service is very helpful and efficient.
Easy to use. Access is easy as it is an online portal so payroll can be done from any computer. The app is a plus for quick reference as well.
There are things that could make entering payroll faster.

I love being able to see payroll reports all online, and download them for review. The ability to see the report instantly after processing payroll is also helpful as we are not in office due to Covid.

We use it for our payroll and its very good software. Cloud-base. Customizable and very useful for managing our payroll. Features provided definitely makes it easy for our small-medium sized company to handle all the intricacies of dealing payroll.
A little bit of a steep learning curve, but once you get used to the module/interface and the features, the program is very effective and useful.

Inputting new employees is very easy, inputting time on the rapid entry sheet is great especially since the last major overall of the website.
You have to have a payroll run open to access certain employee information.

Great, staff are always great to deal with and know what to do right away.
Very easy to move around and get the information I want. Takes minimal time to create payroll and finalization of payroll to get the paystubs is fast.
If not set up correctly to begin with, it can be a nightmare getting the information I want.

We were doing payroll manually and submitting remittances manually. Powerpay greatly shortened my time spent on payroll preparation, and ensured our remittances are filed on time, every time.
Powerpay is very easy to use. Support is great! A simple phone call has solved every issue I've had very quickly and respectfully. They talk you through everything as needed.
No cons at all. I've only had positive experiences using the software and with the support staff.

Very easy to use, and accessing help over the phone when needed is extremely easy and fast. I wouldn't consider using any other product.

I really like using this and if I have ever had a questions, it was always answered by a quick and friendly phone call.
I love how easy it is to navigate and laid out. This is very user friendly compared to the previous payroll provider we had. There are lots of helpful tools if you find yourself stumped. The Home page is always updated with current "Need to Knows".
Nothing, I find this easy to use. Even if you don't little to none payroll background.
