I love how easy it is to use BambooHR and how nice it is to have all our HR needs in one place. It's especially easy to approve and request PTO or to see who is in the office.
Bamboo is a nice straight forward people management platform. It did a great job helping me keep track of my employees, set goals collaboratively, check in on those goals.
BambooHR has some great integrations (Slack, for instance) that allow me to see when my co-workers are out of the office or even celebrating an anniversary or birthday.
Pros
I love using ADP to get my paystubs, it's super easy. When you go to the site you can tell them what you want to see and it will direct you to the right log in.
There are great measures taken for security which is good but at the same time can be frustrating when admin users have to log in many times everyday. Reports are robust and fairly easy to navigate.
Make sure to do your research if you are considering ADP, it's a huge company and that comes with benefits but it's important to know where they may fall short in servicing your needs as well.
Cons
It doesn't have the most professional look and every time I use it I worry that I'm missing an update because the alerts seem to be delayed.
The people and how they cant help with any misunderstandings but instead cancel your account and destroy the company that you worked so hard on. Garbage un hearted people.
At times I had trouble logging into this software through my phone, however, other than that BambooHR works really well and has not given me any issues.
Cons
Unemployment compensation services are extremely poor - missed deadlines, lack of response, delays in processing. Would not recommend using this service, ADP outsources it.
The customer service has gone from bad to worse and the COBRA connection and Carrier Connections teams were difficult to communicate with. They "nickel and dime" the customer with add on's.
Had a very nasty interchange with a Representative because they were very rude when our account got locked. But somehow we managed to get everything back on track.
