User-Friendly and Loads of Features

Pros

Easily my favorite part of this software is the on-boarding functionality. Being able to auto-generate an offer letter and attach W4s, I9s, etc. for signature drastically cuts down on my time, as well as time that normally needs to be set aside for employees on their first day.

Cons

Unlike some software that is more ATS dedicated, like Workable, there is no option to just auto-filter out these repeat applicants.

Easy integration and simple access

Before we chose BambooHR, I had made a deep research and tested more than 10 different HR soft. BambooHR offers the best solutions, quality and support is overall great.

Pros

Employee self-service feature is cool. Ability to adjust different access levels, great time-off tracking, onboarding and offboarding. Mobile app, files storage.

Cons

In comparison with other ATS (Greenhouse, BreezyHR, Workable etc) this one is rather limited, so we don't use it.

Easily my favorite ATS

Easy to manage, collaborative-friendly recruiting software.

Pros

Super user-friendly software with little to no learning curve. I love that you can schedule to your Outlook calendar straight from the website. Pre-screen filters are quick to implement and highly effective. Very easy to collaborate with multiple personnel involved in hiring without accidentally providing access to postings they should not see.

Cons

Price per posting compared to competitors like BambooHR or ZipRecruiter are significantly higher.

Easy to Use ATS

Workable is a very intuitive applicant tracking system. Currently using this tool to support talent acquisition for multiple positions.

Pros

Very user-friendly with regards to navigation and user experience. Integrates with Company's website. Good for keeping things organized.

Cons

Integration with BambooHR is okay but it would be nice if the start date could be edited in the process.

Global Hiring Tool

This software has helped us hire our international workforce without any major issues. We continue to find new integration tools that will help us achieve our hiring goals faste.

Pros

We've synced our hiring process with BambooHR and we are happy about it.

Cons

If a potential employee gets rejected once we have to delete the info before they can re-apply, this is a hassle as we can't store previous information or feedback from their first application.
