Pros

Great interface, rich functionality, very robust reporting capabilities, API integration.
Best in class customer service, high degree of customization, great reports and analytics.
I enjoyed using Beebole and it was easy to log my working hours. The production of graphs and reports was usual to my seniors when they wanted to view time spent on tasks like myself.

Pros

The different views and settings within each view are great. The option to share a view with a link, and/or invite guests over to use the software with you is a great feature.
I love the versatility of this program. It is my responsibility to help my clients find the perfect tools for efficiency and productivity and I often recommend they look at ClickUp.
Great for just every project management and task organization. Integrates great with other apps and has a fantastic chrome extension.

Cons

We use the data partly for internal assessment and partly for billing as some processes are hourly charged.
The biggest disadvantage for me is that BeeBole is not linked to our invoicing system. This means a lot of extra work for the invoicing.
At first, it was hard to use due to access and no instruction manual or walkthrough but after spending time on the app I learned everything quickly.

Cons

Everything is too much grey in grey, they have pain to read (and they hate the dark mode! It's depressing!) the font is too small.
Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
It can get complicated real quick. The downside of this software is that it has too many tabs and folders all in a small space which makes it confusing at times.
