Pros

Great interface, rich functionality, very robust reporting capabilities, API integration.
Best in class customer service, high degree of customization, great reports and analytics.
I enjoyed using Beebole and it was easy to log my working hours. The production of graphs and reports was usual to my seniors when they wanted to view time spent on tasks like myself.

Pros

With better mobile apps, this could be a great piece of software. The concept is very good for small businesses where time management matters.
As for customer support, it is great so far as well as the quality of service. I also have to mention that some of the features provided are also very impressive and interesting.
Good insight if you use the personal edition. As a business owner, I care about my own time management so I found the information provided useful.

Cons

We use the data partly for internal assessment and partly for billing as some processes are hourly charged.
The biggest disadvantage for me is that BeeBole is not linked to our invoicing system. This means a lot of extra work for the invoicing.
At first, it was hard to use due to access and no instruction manual or walkthrough but after spending time on the app I learned everything quickly.

Cons

There's no lie, just facts: you will confront your time spent actually working and procrastinating. And it's worse than it sounds: you are not working with quality.
Even though we had some leeway in how much time we spend on unproductive activities, we started having a bad conscience for every second not spent on being productive.
And if you were out to lunch, leave it blank and no time is recorded so that at the end of the day you have an accurate record of how much "desktime" you have put in.
