Pros
Great interface, rich functionality, very robust reporting capabilities, API integration.
Best in class customer service, high degree of customization, great reports and analytics.
I enjoyed using Beebole and it was easy to log my working hours. The production of graphs and reports was usual to my seniors when they wanted to view time spent on tasks like myself.
Pros
Time Off Manager does everything I need and more at a very attractive price point. Service is fantastic - fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
Love that it is simple and employees are able to pick up on it immediately. Customer service is great at responding to any questions and helping you complete any task you may need help with.
Ve requested a couple of reports be altered for ease of use, and the customer service folks have been super responsive. Would recommend over ANY higher priced software on the market.
Cons
We use the data partly for internal assessment and partly for billing as some processes are hourly charged.
The biggest disadvantage for me is that BeeBole is not linked to our invoicing system. This means a lot of extra work for the invoicing.
At first, it was hard to use due to access and no instruction manual or walkthrough but after spending time on the app I learned everything quickly.
Cons
Frustrated with changes to system as now there is more room for human errors.
Customisation for international users. For Example - we do not call it Vacation but rather Leave so calling it Vacation can be confusing at first.
I manage several employees and It can be difficult to toggle between my personal profile and the profile of my employees.
